  Our drive-thru experience was beyond frustrating. After having to circle back because part of our order was missing, getting the hash browns we already paid for became an unnecessary hassle. To top it off, when we asked for the straws we never received, we were treated rudely and had them carelessly tossed into our car. Hartley bridge McDonald’s needs some training

  I wish I got the name but when i went to pick up food for my mother the guy at the receipt window was hilarious and he definitely brightened my day. I love guys like that and he did a phenomenal job.

  The girl at pay window was absolutely fabulous. The guy at food window not so much. Completely forgot any and all sauce for over 30 nuggets even after I asked when he brought me the bag. . .

  Terrible "service" had a Qtr combo, server was unfriendly and terrible attitude, left out fries and drink , this place really needs help.
