  I guess it is starting to feel it's age. I have been going here since it opened. That has been at least 10 years. The last few times, I have noticed a general decline across the board. The bread is a little harder, the bathrooms are a little dirtier, the tea was sour, and the employees all appear to be struggling. It seems the whole crew is different every time I go in there. I don't knock them too hard, because the labor pool in Macon is more like a puddle. However, the feeling is that in between them looking at their phones every 30 seconds, they are just sloughing through their shift, and life. How do you suggest to be better without being offensive? Probably just going to have to be offensive at some point.

  I have now twice not gotten my food from this location nor have I been refunded! I gave them a second chance now I’m done!!! Do not do business with them. They will tell you a manager will call and make it right but they won’t! $30 for nothing!!!

  Ordered my food and found a long piece of HAIR in my food! I called up there and the person who answered the phone was very rude and said they could do nothing about it.. claiming that they wear hats. It’s disgusting and I’ll never come here again! Hats but no hair nets?

  How are you a sandwich shop without bread during supper rush (6:45 PM)? Wouldn't it make sense to make more bread when you realize your quantity on hand is slow? Freaky fast? More like crazy slow.

  I was really hungry. I called and ordered a bunch of food. I gave them my address and they told me that they only deliver in a 1 mile radius. That means that they in fact do not deliver. I am stuck at work and will have to order pizza now. They advertise freaky fast delivery and now I know why!
