The two men working, Mari and Alfred Jones were not only incredibly helpful, friendly and gave the best service I’ve ever had given, but they were also working as hard as possible, scrubbing down, cleaning and preparing everything they could. Every table and surface was wiped, everything was fully stocked and my order was made super fast. It is very clear that Mr. Mari and Mr. Alfred Jones take great pride in everything they do, they do an over the top, exceptional job and they are definitely the reason I will for sure be back and will recommend JJ on Forsyth Rd to everyone I know.
- ODOvid DouthitAug 14, 20264.0I guess it is starting to feel it's age. I have been going here since it opened. That has been at least 10 years. The last few times, I have noticed a general decline across the board. The bread is a little harder, the bathrooms are a little dirtier, the tea was sour, and the employees all appear to be struggling. It seems the whole crew is different every time I go in there. I don't knock them too hard, because the labor pool in Macon is more like a puddle. However, the feeling is that in between them looking at their phones every 30 seconds, they are just sloughing through their shift, and life. How do you suggest to be better without being offensive? Probably just going to have to be offensive at some point.

I called up there and the person who answered the phone was very rude and said they could do nothing about it.. claiming that they wear hats. It’s disgusting and I’ll never come here again! Hats but no hair nets?
