I love the sliders and the cookie butter freeze and today I have a great experience as far as service goes but usually when I go it’s long wait times despite ordering ahead and staff seems to have the attitude of they can’t be bothered, but I still stop by if I’m in the area but I don’t go out of my way.

Very slow lines when busy. They have order ahead but they don't have it where you can order at the speaker. You have to wait for each car to place and get their order before the lines move. They don't have a pull forward and we'll bring it out option.

People are friendly. Drinks are good. Food is good. Line moves too slow.

Staff was very friendly. But this store created a coffee demon out of my Lady. Now she wants to go every day. I really like their Smoothies.

The coffee is good but I literally was in the line from 4:30 p.m. to after 5:00 p.m. on September 25th. I was stuck in line. Several cars pulled up and just saw the line and turned around. There is a lot of competition in coffee shops on Zeb and another one coming. This place needs to re-think how they are taking orders.
