Stopped by today to purchase donuts; there was one cashier at drive-in and 5 minutes later another person appeared from behind the drive-in; I assumed she was on her cell phone. I wanted 4 donuts and 2 of them glazed, I noticed the glaze pan had more fresher looking donuts at the front of pan. I asked cashier to give me 2 of the fresh donuts instead of the ones in the back. He answer immediately was , “No , I have to sell you the old donuts before I can sell you the fresher donuts!”😤🤬i am looking at her and can’t believe what I heard. #1: why have donuts displayed and out for sell not matter old, new, fresh, and not sell them. #2: this should have been number 1 but how do refuse service to a customer when the product is yet available in front on display for sale. #3 hire better help I ask for a manager and was told the manager had left. I left unsatisfied. Dunkin’, please offer customer service training for your team and especially your Generation X employees. Some say anything in an interview yo get the job but are definitely not customer focused or customer oriented. A denied service ; imagine how often she deny service, this can impact your business. I’ll be happy to provide a free class because that young lady definitely need skills and training in how treat customers. I live within walking distance of your facility; however going forward or until you hire a new team of dedicated customer oriented employees; my team and I will visit other satellite dunkin. I couldn’t even lash at the young lady because she’s young and have no sense of direction. Hire better individuals. People like her and of her caliber represent and makes your company look bad. Hire better staff; hire better staff; didn’t mention; HIRE BETTER STAFF✌️
