But anyway, I try to not complain but this is the fifth time I’ve got a coffee chiller from here and you guys put zero coffee syrup in it so it’s straight up milk. I went a step further and asked to add espresso to try to even it out but even then it’s just not accounting for the drink being made wrong. If I don’t ask for espresso, the drink is whiter than the ghost of Christmas past and either way it’s not sweet at all. It just always tastes like expensive milk. Kinda frustrating but I’ll just drive out 25 minutes to the next Dunkin at this point. At first it was terrible coffee after 12pm and now it’s all day so I’m over it

I also ordered a donut and a vanilla chai latte hot tea. When I got to my daughter's appointment I tasted my tea and it tasted like coffee. I don't drink coffee at all, but I do order chai tea from Starbucks, 7brew, and make my own chai tea at home. When I asked the girl at the window she was nice about it but she said that that was their chai tea. I told her I just didn't like it cause it tastes and smells like coffee and she got the manager Asmeeda. She asked me what was wrong, I told her this was my first time coming to Dunkin and I just didn't like the chai tea cause it tastes like coffee. She then asked me, "Well what do you want?" At this point, her demeanor made me feel like I was getting on her nerves and bothering her so I just asked for a refund. She asked me if I wanted another drink, I said I would like a refund. She then told me, "I can't do a refund because we didn't do anything wrong, you ordered wrong." I told her, "I didn't order anything wrong, I literally drink this tea almost every day I just don't like yours cause it tastes like coffee to me." I didn't argue with her about a refund because I simply didn't have time in the first place to come back and I just wanted to be done with this place. As an assistant manager, I would have never handled a situation like this with a paying customer, especially one who was being polite. However, they'll never have to worry about my business again. I'll continue to take my business elsewhere.
