- DCDiona ClydeJun 8, 20261.0I am a loyal customer to Dunkin. I only recently started consistently ordering from the Dunkin on Gray highway in macon ga because its on my way to work. I am disappointed every single time. The employees are uncouth. They are rude and sloppy, but i am always respectful to them yet it is not reciprocated. This morning, I ordered via the app as always so then I can almost guarantee accuracy on my order. Almost is too much to hope for. Everytime that I have ordered, they're missing or lacking something. But this morning, the same nasty person that I dread being met with came to the window and as soon as I asked for mustard and ketchup she barely let me get it out of my mouth before saying "we out". I asked "of mustard and ketchup?" She said of mustard, we have ketchup". And yet she mindlessly filled the bag with hot sauce. I tried to get her attention to tell her she didnt give me ketchup, as she was right at the window but ignoring me. Two people told her I was there, and a lady finally came to the window to see what I needed and the rude lady just reached over and dumped the ketchup in my bag thru the window - like in my personal space in my car. I said."now that is rude". She said "I just gave you the ketchup in your bag". I couldn't believe that that had just happened and that her co workers allowed it to. She is rude everytime she is in the window. She should not be there. She is nasty to customers, looks sloppy and has God awful customer service skills. This Dunkin, as I said before is always lacking something. Today they didnt have cranberry juice, the last time it was apple juice. Just last week, the same nasty employee gave me my bag and said, " I hope you like bacon", as she proceeded to say they were out of the turkey sausage. She was going to give me something I can't even eat without first confirming with me that I wanted it. This lady truly does a disservice to your business. I know im just one person, but it has definitely lost my business.

The food was burnt, order was wrong, no straws for the drinks.
