- EBErica Allen Blankenship6 days ago1.0This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. The two staff members that were there were clearly inconvenienced by our being there & ordering drinks & donuts. It was national donut day (6/5/26). Signs on the door saying order a drink & receive a free donut. I had to ask for the donut, then was charged for it, had to ask again isn't it free since I ordered a drink? The brown sugar shaken espresso I ordered was horrible. It tasted like straight oatmilk, no coffee flavor at all. The store was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting. When trying to order or ask the staff questions, you could barely hear them because all they were doing was mumbling. Very poor excuse for "employees" who are representing the Dunkin name. I watched several people come in after us to order while one staff member was in the bathroom (for a very long time, I actually never saw him come out during the time I was there). The other staff member was in the dining area on his phone with it plugged in while people are literally standing there waiting to order. They were also very rude to my sister when she questioned the cold brew they were using to make the coffee drinks looking very watery. I can't say enough things about how disappointing this store was.

She had no idea what any of the items we ordered was and was very rude (forgot to turn her mic off and said “oh my god” when we kept ordering items). She seemed very incompetent and actually made us and at least 2 other cars behind us leave the drive through. If I could give 0 stars, I would.. this place has gone downhill over the past year. If you want good service and food, go just a few minutes down the road to the Bass Rd Dunkin.
