- CCCasperJul 29, 20261.0The Bass Road location needs a major overhaul with the employees. For starters, did not see the lady making my first pizza, (also working the register) wash her hands, saw her wash for a second on the second pizza, (don't know if she used soap). Where are the damn GLOVES at????? Second, the younger girl would do a little something, get on her phone, work a little, get on her phone, etc.......one of the men was just walking around, don't know what his deal was, now........the old man is what got me. He can barely walk, barely take the pizza's out of the oven. No wonder a lot of the reviews, ppl where saying the pizza was cold. He would make the box after the pizza came out of the oven. Then he scratches the side of his head and then proceeds touching the pizza with his glove less hands. Not only did he do that, he took his hat off twice and scratched his head while he was standing over BOTH of my pizzas. Disgusting!!!! I will NEVER go to this location, EVER!!!!! My pizza's are trashed. I knew I should have gone to mellow mushroom, didn't want to get in the traffic, but darn sho will next time!!!!! Corporate y'all gotta do something or this location will be closed. The reviews are terrible. I know that y'all have got to see them, DO SOMETHING !!!!!!

It took 45 minutes to get it. It was not pie cut like I ordered and it looked like it had been shaken up in the box. We'll never get another pizza from Domino's.
