  Placed Uber Eats order 410214 on 5/12/2026 at 11.19 PM. Order arrived late (I paid for priority delivery), the funnel cakes and the SD melt were missing, and the foid was cold. Tried to call immediately Mgmt twice at the Macon, Ga Spring Street location, no answer. Unable to get a refund for the missing items on the UbercEats app as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! 🤬😠😡. Filing dispute with Visa thru my banking institution 1st thing in the morning.

  Terrible ordered my food at 2:20 am they say they close at 3am order over the speaker was wrong, pull up and there ppl walk awake and turn everything off….. never again ill rather drive 2 hrs to Atlanta and get food from there checkers🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 very disappointed

  Only one person working they was sitting down when I came in to DoorDash order. I had to wait on the order cause it was not made when I came in.

  Fire the skinny dude working the drive thru. he doesn’t do anything but hand out orders while the woman work. and he had the nerve to take a puff off the blunt from a patreon who in the drive thru. absolutely pathetic

  The AI chat bot you have to speak to at the speaker is garbage. Bring back a real person. I pulled up and heard the same prerecorded greeting you get at every fast food joint and did not reply. After i looked over the menu, I tried to speak to speaker and got no response. I waited and tried again to no response. As I waited, a long line started to form. The workers sat at the glass and just watched us sit there and said nothing for 5 minutes or so. After a few attempts, I yelled across the parking lot to the worker sitting there, if they were taking orders. The worker said to pull up my car an inch or so and I would get a response. I pulled up and it was this unresponsive AI chat bot that was horrible to talk to. You couldn’t tell if it was getting your order right or not. The lady on the intercom interrupted our ordering and told us to pull up before finishing the order. I guess she thought we were done ordering by but we weren’t. So we had to give the employee our order again without being able to see a menu while ordering. The worker was not friendly and never said your welcome, thank you, etc. They left out 2 of the items we ordered after spending over $40. Horrible experience. The chili dogs were good though. Won’t be returning to this checkers if I’m ever in Macon again. I might never return to any Checkers to be honest after this experience and the ridiculous AI order taking.
