  Our experience was OK. Food is not that good. Bland dishes and soggy salad. I was hoping for better. Service was fine. The staff is not the issue. They need better food quality .

  Our waitress Nitra was awesome!!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! Thanks we will definitely be back!

  It was our first time here and ever at a Carrabas. Tony our sever was EXCELLENT! He was very informative and very friendly and funny. Knowledge about the menu and always checked in with us. Highly recommend eating here. We will be back to see Tony.

  Call ahead reservations mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at Carrabba's. A reservations made one month ago for 1:00 pm. , still a hour and half wait to be seated. If this normal, then they SHOULD NOT take reservations. Evidently they don't have the capacity to handle a party of 6. DO NOT try to go to Carrabba's on Mother's Day.

  I had a disappointing experience at Carrabba’s in Macon, Georgia. I ordered a meal and was told that a salad or soup comes with it. I chose the salad, yet I was still charged an additional $8.99 for the salad on my bill. When I politely asked why I was charged, the waiter explained that a salad or soup comes with the meal — which made even less sense because that’s exactly what I ordered. At that point I didn’t want to argue or create a scene, so I paid the bill and left. I still left a generous tip because I understand servers work hard, but the billing and explanation were frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not feel overcharged or confused about what is included with their meal. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression of this Carrabba’s location.
