  There was a new mgr there, she was really nice. My order was ready really fast and the customer service was great.

  The food was delicious, I love the bread the sliders are made of. The only problem was that we ordered 2 apple & 1 cherry turnovers, but received 2 cherry & 1 apple instead, they weren't labeled, so we had to break them open to see which was which and they either had too much icing or no icing. Nice service, lots of parking. We ordered online for pickup.

  Waited for 5 minutes, no services, some left and went to DQ.

  Pulled up to the drive thru. Lady said "hey you have to wait one moment." We said ok. Few seconds later she comes on and "ask you going to come inside?" We were confused we are at the drive thur, so my husbad chuckles a little and said no ma'am we are at the drive thru. She said "well you going to just have to wait then!" My husband said ok. I got on Google and found another Arby's that would be not to far off the route we were going. So we just left.

  The employees were amazing 👏 the grease ruined our freshly cooked food.. it was a bit sad but I appreciate the good people who work there being so nice and professional 👍
