⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I WISH THEY HAD A 10-STAR BUTTON! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s in Mableton since the 90s, so I’ve definitely seen this location through the years. But I have to say, lately the food has gotten SO MUCH BETTER! Everything was fresh, hot, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell there has been a major improvement in the quality and care being put into the food. I especially have to recognize Ashley, the General Manager. Whatever Ashley is doing, KEEP DOING IT! She is doing an outstanding job with this location. The service was excellent, the food was on point, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly wish Google had a 10-star button because 5 stars just doesn’t feel like enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After coming here for decades, it’s great to see this Papa John’s doing so well and serving food this good. I will DEFINITELY be back, and I’ll be telling all my friends and family that it’s time to come back and give the Mableton Papa John’s another try. Ashley and the entire team deserve their flowers. Keep up the AMAZING work! 👏🏾🍕🔥

Spoke with Ashley the General Manager she was so rude , when I first pulled up thru the drive thru to pick up my order the lady walked off which I later find out was Ashley . A man holding a child in his arms came to the window and said 5 more minutes then he will bring it out . After over 15 minutes I pull up and ask Ashley why am I still waiting when it’s been well over the time , she cuts me off and says what’s the name , I then tell her I’ve been waiting because of the guy with the baby and ask his name she says Dre . I don’t care what his name is to be honest but I know no kids are supposed to be in the kitchen and that was not the service papa johns is known for providing . Will not return and I suggest yall pay attention to the leadership at this location.

I do not know what manager I just spoke to for the Alfredo double spinach with chicken and blue cheese and the cookie (the only way I can describe you is hoping you remember the order) YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP TIER ! You understood my situation and corrected it to the best of your abilities! Thank you for making the process simple !
