  I was in a hurry so I decided to take the drive thru, I wasn't familiar with the restaurant seems clean and nice to get fast service. I ordered a meal and specifically asked for hot fries, there was no line so when I got to the window the cashier asked me to wait for a few, I didn't have a problem with it, but 20 mins went by and I was handed my food, I assume my food would be hot but it was literally cold as if it was purposely done.. I blew my horn and there was a person looking right at me laughing I knocked on the window the cashier brought warm fries out without asking me what was wrong. Therefore it was done on purpose. I didn't understand because I've never visited the store before. I was disappointed of the service and I was late to where I was headed too. Hopefully, this will not happen to anyone.

  Worst McDonald’s in history. I pay for DoorDash order to get a cookie tote and a double quarter pounder large meal. My cookies came all broken then flipped upside down. Then they gave me a medium cup instead of large when DoorDash up charges for large by a dollar. Then I call up and they say the cookies broke because they are soft. So why are my cookies flipped the other way around. Is that cause they soft or because yall can’t or comprehend how to put someone’s cookies facing up. I swear McDonald’s employees act like they have the hardest job. 30 dollars on a meal to get bs. Fries ain’t even filled up

  The McD’s fries are very salty today… whoever pour too much salt into the French Fries made a big mistake of putting too much salt into the fries.

  No matter how many times I’ve asked for a cup of coffee, there’s ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG!!! My cup of coffee was basically half full today when I got to work to drink it. The number of creams and sugar also just clearly wrong. Y’all do this daily and get it wrong every time!!!! Then have the NERVE to get annoyed if you’re asked for it to be corrected. I hope there is a place to post pictures. AND no it was not poured to the line. Although this may seem petty to some, I think that the fact that I really wanted coffee along with the fact that I paid for it sure be enough to warrant my frustration. But the good news is this crew teaches you to brew your own coffee at home and if I were going to buy breakfast I can save that money as well. Great job teaching your customers about managing their money because that $5-10 dollar run daily does add up. So I should be giving this company a 5 star for teaching me that it’s better to make the time and cook and brew my coffee at home instead of spending at a place that doesn’t respect my money. So thank you 😊

  I visited this location on April 30th 2026 at around 12:30pm , and I must say this was one of the few rare visits at mcdonals to where they had done a phenomenal job! The manager on the 12pm shift had a great attitude and made me feel welcomed ! The food was fresh and I received my order within 3 mins of ordering . The lobby cleaner was also on top of his job keeping the tables looking spotless . Great Job and shout out to the team .
