- KMKawanna McCorveyMay 13, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over 40 minutes for a simple order: a 10-piece chicken nugget, a medium fry, and a small fry. Staff continuously gave inaccurate wait times and apparently “forgot” the order altogether. The manager on duty, Miguel, was completely unconcerned. He admitted the employees probably forgot the order but said he “didn’t know what happened.” There was no apology, no urgency, and no attempt to properly resolve the situation. When I explained that this was poor customer service, Miguel rolled his eyes and responded, “yeah.” He then said, “What do you want? I can get you something else maybe.” At that point, I no longer felt comfortable accepting food from the staff due to the rude attitudes and unprofessional behavior. Delays happen, but disrespect, dishonesty, and lack of accountability from management are unacceptable. This location seriously needs better leadership, communication, and customer service training.

I left and went home only to find out that my biscuits were dark and burnt. I spent around 22 dollars. This makes no sense. Why would they serve this to people. You can look at the biscuits and tell they weren't good for serving. I tried calling to let them know hoping they would replace , no one answers.
