  I stopped by around 9:00 p.m. to get takeout. The food was good and tasted exactly as it should, so no complaints there. Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different story. When I walked in, there were 3 or 4 employees working. One was outside cleaning, which was fine, but no one acknowledged me when I came in. After standing at the counter for about a minute, I finally asked, "Are y'all open?" A tall, light-skinned employee with dreadlocks replied, "Yeah, someone will be right with you," but his attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing him just by asking. I waited another minute or two before he asked another employee, who was already busy preparing pickup orders, to help me instead. I overheard the other employee tell him, "You can help her," and the employee with the dreadlocks flat-out responded, "Me? No." That was completely unprofessional. If you refuse to help customers while you're on the clock, you shouldn't be working in customer service. From reading other reviews, it sounds like this employee has been mentioned before, which suggests management has ignored a recurring problem. At some point, enough is enough. Employees who openly refuse to serve customers and create more work for their coworkers have no business representing the restaurant. The young man who eventually helped me was polite and took care of my order, even though he was clearly busy and shouldn't have had to stop what he was doing because his coworker refused to do his job. The female cashier was also very friendly and professional. The food earns high marks, but management needs to address this employee's behavior before it drives customers away.

  It's been forever since I've been to Chipotle, and this location made my day! The crew were so kind and generous! Deff will come back and try again.

  After going here around 10pm, the service was horrible. No one greeted with a hello when coming (no service etiquette) nor did the employees care how they served the food in the bowl I ordered. They served the food sloppy and also gave little to what was left from there serving dishes, like giving the crumbs from the bottom. Well, not crumbs but little to no rice, onions and peppers, lettuce, queso, etc. Like, no more to make when they close at 11pm. Also, they had the dining area closed to where you couldn’t sit in to eat. Lastly, I go look at the health inspection 🧐 score, it’s 100 A from 2024. Where is the new inspection? Who knows what there score is😬. I will not be going here again. That’s the same score paperwork I seen the last visit, at the time just didn’t look as close to see the date. Wish I had looked before ordering. I’m done with visiting here. They need better customer service from their employees and to update their inspection report for customers to see.

  While the food was fine, the service and cleanliness of the dining room needs serious work. The workers acted like they were doing us a huge favor, mumbled, and had zero sense of urgency. I can tell this location is not managed well. Thanks for the reminder of why I generally like Moe’s better!
