And it all began with my husband having to yell to the guy at the drive thru window to serve him as the guy was standing right there cleaning counters. Then there was a an item missing in our order so he had to go around again, and wait in line and once again yell for the guy to serve him. He arrived home to everything ice cold and my steak burrito was a cardboard cheese only quesadilla that was cold, nothing I ordered was in the quesadilla. I had to throw it away it inedible. Then EVERYTHING else was also wrong. From 9:20 to 10:00 I called and the phone kept hanging up. We need a refund but God only knows when they will answer our call!!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, positive energy, and such a welcoming atmosphere. There was no long line, checkout was quick and smooth, and most importantly, the food was HOT, fresh, and delicious! The chips and queso were fresh, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I’ve honestly never experienced such amazing customer service at a Chipotle. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was great, and I truly want to commend them for their hard work and dedication. A special THANK YOU to ARMANI, DANNA, GAVIN, GREG, HENNESSAY, CHRISLINE, and PINTO for making my day! ❤️ Y’all were absolutely amazing, and I genuinely appreciate the great energy and service you provided.
