And long wait times in line… 15 minutes!!????? Who exactly is the owner of this chick fil a? Why open a business if you don’t wanna hire a management team that cares about getting your customers expectations met… whoever you have hired as managers here are terrible and it’s shown through the employees work ethics… nobody runs food out at this location, no my pleasures or smiles from anyone. You always have to wait until you get to the window and I come here on more than one hand …. I just don’t understand why this location opened. I might as well eat at McDonald’s next door if I’m gonna pay $50 for fast food and then leave with food missing out my bag, and a headache..I won’t be back anymore!

With that being said, I don’t know what the problem is really: maybe more training, better management, who else. Each time I have gone where there has been a line with at least 5 people and only 1 worker on the register. Then, it seems that everyone here just doesn’t want to be here! This one is so close to my house that I wish they were better, but I doubt that will ever happen.

Just trying to figure out why Chick fil A corporate would push mobile drive thru, only to have a location play bait and switch by having a mobile drive thru lane that forces you to merge into the regular lane halfway through. Had I known, I would not have gone through the drive thru. I'm sure the engineers and planners who designed this location would be rolling their eyes to see all their work go down the drain when the managing partner decided to redirect the new layout with cones and signage. I'm sure they'll say they had a reason, but don't call it mobile thru, maybe a fast pass that wasn't so fast. To top it off, the urgency of the team delivering food was at about 60%. Sorry to be harsh, but my experience last Saturday was not pleasant, there was no 'my pleasure', only 20 minutes added to our 3.5 hour trip.

Stood in line with a gentleman behind me and literally no one acknowledged us after waiting. There were 5-6 employees standing there, I finally asked for assistance and was met with silly, unprofessional responses from the staff working the front counter areas. The guy in line behind me said that’s weird. Asked for the manager and he approached with an attitude stating the person at the register would help me “now”‘and walked away. No “I apologize for the wait etc.” I walked out and will never return. Worst experiences at this location and much better options. Do better!
