  Loved my drink and the staff was very kind! Jalynn was very positive and took our order fairly quick. Jayla was super sweet and served our drinks with a smile. Our favorite drink was the blue raspberry lemonade and the blondie!

  Really liked this place when they first open, but on to many occasions back to back the customer service has just went down bad. I just ordered 6 drinks and then sat watching my order just sit there melting. When I finally got them I asked them what flavors are which since I only got 5 handed to me (I didn’t know which one was still missing. ) the girl said idk. And went inside and brought back a “rocky road” which was not the missing one, just one she randomly grabbed. And unfortunately the drinks are not as good as they were in the beginning. Usually it’s hit or miss but these past few times it’s been a miss at different times of the day slow or busy they don’t taste good.

  Everything about this is perfect. I came there for the first time and didn’t really know what to pick but Lissi chose for me and now I’m OBSESSED with their energy drink majigy. I don’t really like coffee and this was HEAVEN to me. I love it to my heart’s content that I come every twice a week. Thanks Lissi for the recommendation!

  Alyssa and Key are absolutely amazing! I stopped by 7 Brew for my favorite drink—the Toasted Marshmallow with caramel drizzle and realized I forgot to provide my information for a receipt that I needed for business purposes. These two ladies went above and beyond to make sure I didn't leave without it. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made my day! I highly recommend 7 Brew, not only for their delicious drinks but also for their outstanding customer service and incredible team members like Key and Alyssa.   I usually never care to leave a review but yesterday I was there and the girl ( short with short hair) was bringing out the drinks and I see she had a cup of milk and I told her I didn’t order that. So she just put it down and didn’t say nothing. I asked her did yall charge me for that because I didn’t order that and her answer was “ I don’t think so “ and so I told her well can you check, that’s money I could’ve used for something else… and she supposedly checks and comes back and again says I don’t think so. Next day I check on the app and see I was indeed charged for the cup of milk that I didn’t order and didn’t take home. Please do better with you’re employees..
