I've been a handful of times, and the experience has been subpar each and every time. A few days ago, I asked my wife to get me a black coffee as she went through the drive thru; she was told they couldn't do that, and instead gave her a medium-sized cup with two shots of espresso. I had gotten a black coffee — you know, a full cup worth — the day before.
On another instance, we went through the drive-thru and had to ask for our drinks to be corrected. I was given a cold iced coffee after ordering a medium black, and they had left off the whipped cream from my wife's drink. After the first issue, when I asked them to add the whipped cream, the manager heard and loudly said, "Now what's wrong with that?!"
Today was the final straw. I stopped to get my wife a drink, and the line stretched around the building. Being busy is one thing, but only one person was serving drinks. I saw several other people standing around doing nothing. What should have been a quick stop took more than 20 minutes.
I don't think I've ever seen such a unique blend of poor attitudes and general incompetence. I don't know what the hiring criteria is there, but it's clearly not knowing coffee.

Rude staff. The young man taking our order was very rude. We waited in the drive thru and the staff outside was playing around. We were almost at the window before anyone came to take our order. The person taking our order had glasses. When he came to our car, my boyfriend asked how he was doing and he just looked at him. When we ordered our drinks he spoke to us as if we were stupid. When we received the drinks, my boyfriend’s drink that was supposed to contain oat milk had regular milk as well as cold foam on top that he didn’t order. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant….. My drink was also awful and had none of the flavorings in it that i ordered. Overall a very disappointing experience and we will not be back to this location. The lady taking orders with the umbrella hat on is wonderful though! She had helped us in the past and was amazing and the only reason i’m not giving 1 star.
I’m not sure what has happened to the world when a customer cannot order their coffee the way they want their coffee and not get attitude from the person checking them out. Not only did I have to wait to place my order until after someone who arrived after me, but the person taking my order, decided that I didn’t understand the difference between my medium iced latte with two extra shots of espresso and a large iced espresso. To me the difference is one taste significantly better than the other because one has less milk added. So why am I being argued with about how my drink should be made? When you ask me the first time and I say “no thank you”that should be the end of it. Instead, now I don’t have coffee because why would I wanna give you my business and the whole interaction has ruined my good mood.

This place is way more unorganized than the one in Mableton. I would never return to this location. Was waiting in line forever I didn't even get my order taken until I got to the walkout area. They literally playing too much for me and I don't even leave reviews like this. This was unacceptable and they got my drink order wrong. So now Im waiting for it to be remade. I literally brag on seven Brews consistency when they make their drinks... that's why I stop going to Dunkin' Donuts but this drink is not it and I'm not about to have them remake it because I've already been here for 30 minutes or more. So disappointed

I waited in line an hour for 2 drinks because a worker named Nico held up the line working as slowly as possible having a conversation with customers while there was a line leading outside of the drive through space. We finally got our order taken by a young lady working there who said her card reader was down so we had to pay until we got to the window. Cool no big deal things happen it wasn’t on her, right? well, we get to the window and 1 out of the 2 drinks are made which makes sense since our order was taken just seconds before coming to the window since Nico was still having a conversation with a customer for 15 minutes now. Nico then proceeds to drop the second drink and doesn’t even apologize or offer a refund, he just throws it away and says he’ll “remake it in 2 seconds” i then proceeded to watch him drink a soda and walk around instead of making the drink. After that, I just drove away with only 1 drink and no breezie. Id also like to note that he seems to be the reason why a lot of things are going on and why the place is so unorganized because I’ve been there before and my past experiences were wonderful! I hope that this message is taken seriously and that actions are put into place, because one bad worker can mess up a whole place’s atmosphere. Thank you for your time!
