  I already love 7 brew, prices are great and service is also consistently appreciated. Today I had my dogs in the car and we were offered pup cups, I expected the usual whip cream cup but they made the cutest little whip cream dog biscuit cups. Dont think this is the usual but it was super cute and greately appreciated by the woofers.

  I always enjoy coming to 7 Brew Coffee. The drinks are consistently great, the service is fast and friendly, and the team always makes you feel taken care of. Asher especially deserves a shout-out—he is welcoming, attentive, and helps make every visit a great experience. If I ever have an issue or need something adjusted, they handle it right away and make sure it is fixed. Great coffee, great energy, and great customer service every time.

  The worse service ever omg. Waited in line about 10 minutes and didn’t even get my order taken. Guy taking orders took everyone else’s order who got there way after me and still skipped me. And then when he did get to us he had no sense of urgency at all. This entire location has no sense of urgency and I don’t see them lasting long. I don’t recommend this location at all . Took over 20 minutes for 2 drinks.

  On was at the location on Anderson mill on Sunday . I was there for almost an hour. I was very upset. The car in front order 5 or 6 dinks ,but it seams like they don't know what they are doing, i see them gave what i think is my drink to the car in front of me at least twice and was sent back, after at least twenty five minutes, the car moved, now am right in front, but they brought me 4 drinks, that was not mine,i let her know it's not mine, the next one was not mine either, all the cars behind me are getting their orders and are leaving. At this point i was upset and asked for my money back, she apologize and brought me my drink, but it was not made the right way, she was rude i told her this she took drink back and i can see her pour some it out and and bring back . I refused it , she end up getting the manager ,even though she apologized and remake it ,i was not happy because by now i have been there for at least 45 minutes. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 😒

  Ki made me a personal customized drink. She brought my drink to my car with a big smile and cheerful spirit. The drink looked amazing I was surprised at the appearance ! Also the young lady who took my order was super nice and went out her way for me to not only ensure she was following corporate rules but also ensured the customer is satisfied! I will be returning. I also was paying attention to how the other staff members were talking to the guest and they were nice. High spirit and engaging. Gratitude Ladies !
