  Ordered through drive through and was told to pull up to the second drive through parking spot which is fine. What’s not fine is waiting 20 minutes and nothing so I go inside to ask about my order. The person goes to the back to ask about my order and I stand there for another 20-30 minutes. I ask again and then after asking for a refund, they “already have my food ready”. Throwing in extra for the wait doesn’t justify waiting 1 hour and 5 minutes. Requesting a refund shouldn’t be the trigger to take the customer seriously.

  I told them cook to order they gave me cold food and the wrong sauce I didn’t realize until i got home the customer service is bad they are disrespectful

  I went through the drive thru on a pretty busy Saturday afternoon and must admit, I was impressed. My order was prepared exactly as I asked, the food was hot and fresh, and both the cashier and the pickup window employee smiled when they spoke to me. They even put napkins, condiments, and the straw in the bag. It was nice to have a fast food customer experience where they got it right from start to finish.
