- NBNicole BeasleyMay 7, 20262.0So one day you’re hungry and think, “Man… a Dairy Queen burger would absolutely smack right now.” So you pull into the Louisville DQ drive-thru all excited for a little greasy happiness and immediately enter what can only be described as a hostage negotiation with the speaker box. The employee taking orders could barely communicate in English, and I had to repeat my order FOUR times before it was finally repeated back correctly. Then I get to the window and realize the Coke I asked for multiple times is missing. When I asked about it, I was told, “No Coke. You got gravy instead.” …Ma’am. In what universe is gravy the beverage substitute for a Coke? Then when I asked to swap the gravy for the drink that was supposed to come with the meal, they tried to charge me extra for it. The employee was rude, unhelpful, and acted irritated that I even asked. Look mistakes happen. But if the food is going to be mediocre fast food, the customer service better at least be decent. Take a page from Bojangles and let AI take the orders. It might actually get the Coke part right.

The fries were hot and the service was good. It did not take long to get my food and the lady up front was very friendly and nice. I would stop again if in the area and in the mood for a burger. Great job!
