  The service hasn't been bad for me the few times I have went but I always order the same exact burger every time and I will say out of Conyers , loganville , Buford and Monroe locations loganville food is nowhere near as good not sure if it's the way they are cooking it or If they have a different supplier but it's just very bland it can be steaming hot and still it just doesn't taste like the other locations which is disappointing because I live loganville and thought I finally didn't have to drive 20+ minutes for Whataburger anymore but I still make the drive because the food is not even comparable to other locations

  Ordered Whataburger through Doorsash around 5:30am on 8/17 & I was NOT impressed. I had the Honey Butter chicken combo. The biscuit was hard like it had been sitting for a day or two, and that lil one piece of dried up chicken, if you blinked you would've missed it. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

  Almost every time I ask for a number one only cheese and ketchup I get everything on my burger and I’m allergic to tomatoes so I just have to throw it away because I’m not driving back this time my mom said she was the only one there so this is just ridiculous also, they were out of Sprite, which is absolutely ridiculous. We’re in the south. They should have that plenty stocked because we love it here.

  I went here to use the bathroom and get a large ice water. The men's room had ZERO PAPER TOWELS AND THE SINK WAS FILTHY. I had to wait until someone magically appeared because apparently you have to order through a kiosk and you can't order an ice water because it is free The employee had to get the ice for me as I guess their ice machine is broken or maybe they don't have one out front with the beverage station, speaking of which the COUNTER WAS FILTHY AND DISGUSTING!! I felt like I NEEDED A TETNUS SHOT AFTERWARD!! Thank God I didn't order any ACTUAL FOOD BECAUSE THE LEVEL OF CLEANILESS WAS NON-EXISTENT!! The Health Department needs to pay this place a visit and fast!!

  My wife ordered a #1 combo meal and literally waited 30 minutes while I'm outside waiting on her. I had to go in and get a refund for Her because it still wasn't ready. How can you invest in a new restaurant in Loganville and not run it properly. What a shame to see management ruin such a nice location, then had the audacity to say the refund will take a couple of days to be returned
