  Came here the other week my order total was 16 and some change I only had a twenty. The girl at the window told me they didn't have change if that was fine. I said yeah sure. so I thought she was going to just give me bills not the coins. LMFAO why did she keep the whole thing and closed the window before I could say anything. It's okay tho its just three dollars I used to be a regular but I definitely won't ever return.

  Sorry staff needs to be re-trained on common courtesy. No one is even answering the drive up stall when the button is pushed to advise of drive through only. Watched one staff member come out multiple times and look at me while bringing out mobile orders and not say a word to me. This location has gone WAY DOWN HILL on keeping customers happy. I was looking forward to getting some food after a long day at work and was completely ignored. WILL NOT BE RETURNING until staffing is up to par on being trained in common courtesy to keep customers happy. Corporate needs to come in and close this location down

  Definitely not FAST food. I was inspired to download the app due to being overcharged and the person taking my order,getting it wrong. So this time i ordered via app so no mistakes were made. Placed an order of Small Onion rings, and a medium strawberry lemonade at 9:25P to stall 11 and was to receive the order at stall 11 at 9:29. Seems simple enough, guess not because after waiting 10+ mins I drove around to the drive thru window and waited for someone to come. Told them my order and name. Only for them to finally START making my order only to receive the COLD onion rings(no drink) I finally received my full order at 9:54. I asked why would it take so long to receive 2 items ? The response was” all I can do is apologize” no… do better. Needless to say I see why all of the Sonic locations are closing.

  Will never return to this Sonic. It said they have a health score of 100. Don't know how that is possible when the food was inedible. I placed my order and was the only car in line and waited 20 min, after paying, with no communication. I finally asked what was taking so long and was told they were bagging it. 5 min later I received my food. No apology for the long wait no customer service. Got home and the food was disgusting. No sauces for anything. Worst experience I've had in a long time. Will never ever return.

  Its a real shame that this is one of the only sonic locations still in north georgia post-covid because this is hands down the worst of the ones we had before. Apart from terribly slow service (easily 30mins-1hr in the drive thru line), the workers here always seem to come up with new ways to push the limits of human stupidity. Last time I was here they said they were all out of grilled cheese, but were perfectly capable of making a cheese burger... brother, offer to flip burger buns inside out instead of the standard bread if the bread is the problem. This time whoever assembled a burger must have been on one, because they assembled and fully wrapped the burger with no ketchup, then drizzled ketchup on the wrapper's exterior. The servers at the window always look lost and confused as to what they should be doing, and fail to offer any real service or kind attitude. If only lawrenceville-suwanee or pleasant hill location stuck around, the northeast metro area wouldnt be stuck with... whatever this poor excuse for "fast" "food" is.
