  I placed my order on the app at 10pm and checked in, for two corn dogs a sprite and some mozzarella sticks. I waited for 16 mins and still hadn’t received my food. During that time, 3 employees came out, looked at me and went back in after tending to other customers. Now when I got there I was the only car in the stalls and there may have been one or two cars in the drive thru. So I just sat and watched them help people who pulled up after me. It wasn’t until I had to call someone over after she finished handing off an order to someone else who pulled up after me that looked to have ordered a bunch of drinks, that I was able to get service. She walking in about was out with my order in about one minute. She apologized and stated the problem was that the entire staff was in training. I went on to tell her that they should be trained by now because a month ago it was the same issue but in the afternoon. She state she was the mgr so I told her, if they can’t get this job she may need to reevaluate her selection. Anywho sorry about the rant but at this time, if you’re planning on FAST FOOD, you may wanna skip this location. At least until they get and ENTIRELY NEW STAY that catch on quick. On the bright side, my food was hot! 🔥

  I'm sad to have to give a one star review, but it's the experience I've had recently. I used to come here for milkshakes all the time, and they are always good. However the last two days, I've stopped in the drive thru, ordering a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake. I've bought this before, but suddenly yesterday, I'm told "we can't do that" but yet, I can get a reeses cup milkshake just fine. Today, I stop by and ask again for a cookie dough milkshake, and the same worker once again, said they can't do it, and that we had this argument yesterday. When I mentioned that I've gotten it before, she decided to use the excuse that they have changed their menu. I guess that's the only thing they changed, because I don't see anything else different.

  Man , it's been months since I've been to a Sonic, went on to get a few blasts to surprise my wife and kids with. The wait work only 6 cars in drive through from getting in line to ordering and getting three blasts, over 30 min. The toppings almost non existant. A little sprinkle on top . No mixing nothing , other then the top, it was just the vanilla throughout. Very depressing. Is that the new standard? $ 19 almost $20 for three medium blasts with no toppings mixed in. Just not acceptable.

  Im so disappointed in this place. It used to be my favorite spot and it went downhill, I was hoping after some time that it would have gotten better but it hasn't. Placed my order at 3:01, it said pickup at 3:07. I didn’t get my order until 3:45 and that was only after one of the workers delivered an order to the car next to me that arrived after I did stopped and asked if I had already ordered. Food was cold already. My husband called me to grab him a drink after I had already ordered so I ordered him a drink. One drink. Nothing else. What should’ve taken a minute or two took way too long. 10-15 minutes later still nothing, I left without the second drink. After almost an hour of sitting there I was over it.

  Saw on fb where the management was changing and the new manager was wanting to change this place around for the better. So thought we would try it out again. Mind you we haven’t been here in over 2 years. Nope same crap. Lazy employees, can’t get an Order right and it’s filthy. The server came out and brought us part of our food and then forgot about us to bring the rest out. We waited 30 minutes for the rest of our food. Unacceptable!
