When I went to pick them up, before I could go in, he brought the pizzas outside so I didn’t have to go in with the kids. The extra step was so thoughtful and kind and the pizza was delicious too.

It used to be fluffy and soft. This time it had holes in it and looked as if it was frozen pre made. I called and mentioned this to the manager. Without hesitation he sent me a new one but it was exactly the same. I called back again and told me that the doe was fresh and that's the way it has always been. I completely disagree. Papa johns is my go to pizza place. What has changed? The recipe or the employees?
