  I selected my meal specifically because it included coleslaw as a side. Unfortunately, upon tasting it, I immediately realized it was not fresh and had to spit it out. I then returned to the location to report the issue. Upon arrival, I was not greeted, and when I explained the situation, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency. The employee at the window appeared confused and disengaged, simply staring at me before stating she needed to get the manager. When the manager arrived, I had to repeat my concerns. Rather than addressing the issue directly, I was asked to wait while he went to check the expiration date. After several minutes, he returned and stated that the coleslaw was not set to expire for two more days. I then had to reiterate that regardless of the date, the product tasted spoiled and was clearly not fresh. His response was that he would notify upper management. It was only after I repeated that the coleslaw tasted bad that he took the container and inspected it himself, which made me feel as though my concern was being dismissed. He then offered fries or chips as a replacement. Since my meal already included fries, I declined both options and reluctantly requested a side salad instead. The manager hesitated and said he would need to check if that was possible. After another wait, he returned with a side salad—without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, not only due to the quality of the food but also because of the lack of customer service, accountability, and basic courtesy.

  Thank you to Tim and all the other staff who went above and beyond who made my mom who uses a wheelchair extra comfortable.

  Very clean and hospitable environment. You will be greeted with big smiles that’s better than going to your dentist.

  First time eating here, food was decent, besides the fact that one of the workers thought it was funny to hide a frill pick in my sandwich. check your food.
