  I made a pickup order on uber eats. Not only did I not receive any food the staff stated they had never even had my name in the system. I know it wasn’t the app because the money was taken and the order can only be complete if someone cancels or picks up. I know for certain a worker must have taken that order and canceled it in their system. OR they put my order on the wall and let a random person walk out with it. I tell the store and instead of trying to assess the situation properly and entirely, they act as if I am some scammer and their elderly manager didn’t even know how a food delivery app worked, making me wait there standing as he looked at the phone in oblivion then back at me and then at the phone again. I wouldn’t have been upset if they would have AT LEAST given me one SINGULAR item off my almost 30 dollar order. I OBVIOUSLY Didn’t expect a refund because the order wasn’t made on the official chipotle app. BUT what I did expect was a little more leniency and hospitality when it comes to ensure my money wasn’t wasted on THIS COMPANY. The staff were nice but dismissive and seemed like it was their first day on earth. I a 16 year old felt like the elder in front of what I assume was an over 50 year old.

  It's been awhile since I ate at Chipotle and they have change a lot. And depends on who is making your food they skimp on the meat. Forget trying to have a conversation in there when the music is playing they play it too loud for you to even talk to someone on the phone. And the tables are not clean, there are crumbs and you can see streaks from whatever barely got wiped off.

  Went to store at 11am today , store just opened. The guacamole was old and brown. I asked the girl why the guacamole was old and brown. She said it was from last night. Then go gets me the fresh guacamole out the refrigerator. This Chipotle has gone down the drain since the old manager has left. The older black man manager had the Chipotle in the best shape ever . Please fire all staff and get a new staff please. Food is always old and not fresh. Poor management now. Poorly ran now . And the store is always dirty.
