  They are extremely slow and don't serve all breakfast items the whole day. You may sit in line at the drive thru for 20+ minutes on the weekend.

  They told me it would be a 15 minute wait for a bucket of chicken. After waiting 35 minutes I went inside and the interior was sketchy. Eventually I did get my food.

  Good luck. Management must be very inexperienced or ran by a person not qualified for the job. 20 minute wait when not even busy is insane for a fast food chain. Might aswell close the doors of you can't serve minimal amounts of people.

  This location is disappointing. I don't base it off of one visit, but rather a decade plus of trying it at different times. The most recent experience left us waiting 30 minutes for a simple order, all while waiting for the staff to correct every other customer's orders from the drive-thru who went inside. The food was fine, but the wait didn't make it worth it. The restaurant was a mess, the tea was empty and I saw people waiting even longer than us over biscuits. Customer service for that shift was sub-par to say the least; but again, this is nothing new for this specific location. If you like Bojangles, don't go to this one. If you're trying it for the first time, don't go to this one. I try not to write anything too negative, but y'all, this location simply isn't it.
