  This is very disappointing for me to visit a Taco Bell. I’ll arrive at this location before the dining room area supposed to close. The lobby was already locked. I tapped on the door to get the employee attention that was running the drive-through African-American lady with long hair she pointed and said we are closed. I informed her telling her it is not 10 o’clock why is the lobby door locked? A young man was taking out the trash. I question him how many managers is here tonight? he informed me. there are two and I asked him can he get the manager to come to the door?short after a African-American lady walked around the corner and looked at me also and told me that they are closed. I have to go through drive-through. I informed her it is not 10 o’clock. She raised both of her hands and said she do not know shortly, after that skinny African-American guy says he’s one of the managers and said you going to have to go through drive-through I informed him that it is not 10 o’clock and then another lady Spanish looking walk from in the corner of the lobby looking at me crazy and said we are close and I informed her as well. It is not 10 o’clock. Why is y’all lobby door locked finally the manager walked to the door. smiling at me telling me what’s wrong you cannot go through drive-through. I informed him yes I can but you lock the doors before time. He informed me he locked the door at 10 o’clock and I informed him that’s impossible. It’s one minute till 10 o’clock right now and I’ve been here standing at the door, trying to gain access to use the restroom into place a order.

  They gave us crusted fried chicken instead of grilled. The 2 sides of green beans we got was 1 big and one small instead of 2 big ones.

  Appreciate paying full price for half my food to be missing, then for y'all to be closed when I come back because the lobby is closed and drive thru has a line.

  Waited for 30 minutes for my food. The order didn’t go through for some reason. Workers saw me waiting at a table with no other customers in the building. If I didn't have my receipt I doubt they would have done anything. Didn’t compensate me for the wait. Really disappointed with the service. Especially waiting a total of 45 minutes for the food when it really should have been 20 minutes at most since there wasn’t anybody else there.

  Earlier today we was talking about bad customer service was pretty much a normal thing now then tonight one young lady at a aTaco Bell drive thru proved us wrong. Not only very patient with my indecisive buddy .Dream was very helpful , polite , and wearing a big smile the whole time. AND she got the order right and out quickly. Love that positive attitude and beautiful smile Dream !! Thank you
