  Order a pizza at 5:56pm. Estimated delivery time said 6:30pm. I call the store at 7pm asking for an update and get told the driver will be leaving in a few minutes even though the app said they were already on their way. Now im expecting ice cold pizza. Will not be ordering from here again. I had heard they had new management and had thought they would improve but I guess not.

  Unbelievably slow. Shouldn’t take an hour for pizza. Needs a new manager or something. How can a place be this slow? I could’ve flown to Italy, eaten pizza there and came back before my order was done… something needs to change.

  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an employee named Bri at your Pizza Hut location. During my visit, I experienced extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from her that I believe should be addressed. What made the situation especially concerning was that I observed Bri interact respectfully with another individual who had been disrespectful toward her. However, when it came to speaking with me, her demeanor changed completely. She became loud, argumentative, and verbally abusive. During the interaction, she called me multiple insulting names and even stated that she was going to “get her mother,” which was both inappropriate and unprofessional in a workplace setting. The entire incident occurred in front of the store manager, Ekel, who witnessed what was happening but did not intervene or attempt to de-escalate the situation. As a customer, I was disappointed that no effort was made by management to address the employee’s behavior or ensure a respectful environment. I also have a recording of the incident that documents the interaction and can provide it if needed as part of your investigation. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, regardless of the circumstances. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions taken to address this incident and help ensure similar situations do not occur in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

  I have ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times and every time I have ordered from there, especially online my order was never right order was never ready when you were supposed to pick it up. I’m not sure what’s going on with just one place but their service and their customer service sucks just today. I ordered a big dinner box and I was in Jackson Georgia 30 minutes away. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there. The lady told me it would be another 10 minutes before it would be done. I told her OK. I waited another 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started on my order. I didn’t lose my temper. I just kindly asked them for a refund that I will never order pizza from here again.
