  I just want to make future customers awareness of the app… Do not recommend!!!! We placed a delivery order at 5:30 PM, and the app estimated delivery for 6:14 PM. By 7:00 PM, we still had not received our food or any updates. When we called, we were told to wait another 15 minutes. After waiting, nothing changed, so we called back and canceled the order. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. No one seemed able to clearly explain the delay or the cancellation process. We were also told that our refund would not appear back in our Apple Wallet until the end of the day. Hopefully the refund is processed as promised, but based on this experience, I would recommend not relying on the delivery times shown in the app.

  this place absolutely sucks. Ordered pizza at 6:50 pizza would be ready at 7:11 PM. Still sitting here at 7:43 and the girl behind the counter keeps saying 5 more minutes when you ask her for a time estimate There is a bunch of customers in here and she keeps telling everybody the same thing on time While having earphones in her ear.. The people in the back are audibly cutting up when they should be doing their job. This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut. I think I have ever experienced.

  Pizza it’s nasty,the workers don’t wear gloves when making pizzas,they take long to give you your food,customers service it’s REALLY BAD.

  We ordered three large pizzas. When my husband arrived to pick them up, one of the pizzas had to be remade. Once we returned home, I discovered hair in my pizza. Because it was already late at night, I decided to call the next morning to speak with a manager. When I spoke with a manager who identified himself as Mr. English, instead of addressing my concern professionally, he questioned why I “waited until now” to call. While I was explaining that it was late when we received the order, he repeatedly interrupted me, saying “Roger that,” in a dismissive tone. He also stated that he needed to make sure his employees were safe, which felt inappropriate and accusatory, as I was simply reporting a food quality issue. The customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. I was not hostile or disrespectful I only wanted to report the issue and seek resolution. Being spoken to in that manner was unprofessional and unacceptable.
