  I ordered a pepperoni pizza. They delivered a pizza with ham on it. I called to tell them it was the wrong pizza. They say they will remake it and send it out. An hour goes by and I call again saying I still haven't gotten the right pizza. The lady says it doesn't look like they ever did it so I just asked for a refund. Terrible service at fixing the situation.

  Order will say ready for pickup online and won't actually be ready. This has happened for the past 3 times and will not happen as I will no longer order from this location

  The wife and kids were hungry as soon as we checked into the hotel we were staying at, and this Papa John's was about 200 feet from the front door of the hotel. My wife did an online order, I walked over there and picked up the pizza, walked it back to the room, and we ate it and nobody was hungry anymore. The food was ready when I got there, they handed it over the counter, told me to have a great day, and I left. I can't think of a single thing to complain about.

  On April 5, 2026 at approximately 2:23 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited inside the store for 38 minutes just to place an order, and during that entire time, there was no acknowledgment from staff whatsoever. No greeting. No “we’ll be right with you.” No sense of urgency or customer care. As a customer, basic communication and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing. Standing there without any recognition made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly recommend that management review camera footage during this timeframe to evaluate customer service and staff attentiveness. There is clearly a need for improvement in how customers are treated and acknowledged. At this point, I would not return to this location based on this experience.

  Called in an order, to an answering service I'm sure in India or Bangladesh somewhere, placed the order, walked half a mile from our hotel room to pick it up, waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged i was at the counter, to be told that they had no such order with my name on it. So then had to sit there another 40 minutes waiting on it. Then got to walk a half mile back to the hotel. Pizza was not that great at all... Nice work @Shaq.
