  Service is terrible. They don’t seem to care when it comes to service. He seemed to have an attitude when you ask about paper plates or napkins they never have napkins every time I come it’s the same thing no napkins no plates first times I experienced this with Papa John.

  I would normally get delivery but since I was already out I decided to do carry out. This will definitely be my last time ordering from here!!!!!! First when I walk in nobody said anything not a hey, welcome in, your breath, your shirt is wrinkled, nothing! I was trying to give them grace because there were only 3 females working well let’s say 2 because you had one that was on her cell phone the whole time I was in there. The grace went out the window when the Hispanic female kept walking back and forth like she didn’t see these people in waiting for some type of service. When she finally walked up to the counter you would think the first thing that came out of her mouth was sorry for your wait. She only asked who was here first? smh!!! Once I received my pizza I was immediately pissed off once I opened the box. I order knots which looked undercooked I also ordered a large pizza and it was not what I expected. I ended up having to recook my knots and I gave my pizza away to some random person that was walking by towards the hotel. I could have asked them to redo my order but I was already irritated and I did not want to be there longer than I already was. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  I placed a pickup order at the Locust Grove location. My order was ready promptly. The employee was very polite and courteous. The pizza was very delicious.

  We ordered 7 pizzas for my nieces 6th birthday today and unfortunately some of the pizzas were burnt and the peppers included appear dry and old. Additionally, one of the pizzas was not even cut. This was not a good experience.

  I ordered a pepperoni pizza. They delivered a pizza with ham on it. I called to tell them it was the wrong pizza. They say they will remake it and send it out. An hour goes by and I call again saying I still haven't gotten the right pizza. The lady says it doesn't look like they ever did it so I just asked for a refund. Terrible service at fixing the situation.
