- NSNikisha Shields2 days ago1.0I really enjoy your drinks, which is why this experience was so disappointing. When I pulled up, I saw the drive-thru line and decided to place my order online, hoping it would be ready by the time I reached the window. I placed my order at 8:58 p.m. and the app said it would be ready by 9:08 p.m. Instead, I was still sitting in the drive-thru at 9:37 p.m.with several cars still ahead of me. I even had my niece get out of the car and walk up to the window to check on my online order, only to find out it still wasn't ready. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. No one came outside to apologize, explain the delay, or provide any updates. If you're that far behind or understaffed, it would be better to temporarily pause online orders or close the drive-thru until you catch up rather than continuing to accept orders you can't fulfill in a reasonable amount of time. I genuinely like this place and would like to continue being a customer, but experiences like this make that difficult. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously and improve both communication and wait times.

It shouldn't take this long just to get a drink. I can go to Starbucks, get my coffee, and be on my way in less time than it takes to make it through the Dutch Bros line. The drinks are good, but the slow service makes it hard to justify coming back.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
