    Bella is always so sweet, welcoming, and helpful every time I come in. She has a great attitude and always makes sure everything is right before I leave. She’s easy to talk to, very patient, and you can tell she really cares about the people she’s helping. Even when it’s busy, she still keeps a positive attitude and provides great customer service. She definitely makes the experience better and is someone who deserves recognition for how well she treats customers.

    I ordered my drink on the app, went to the windows. Let the young lady know, was told my drink wouldbe right out. While I was there an employee's family came to the window and ordered. I stood there 15 minutes and I pre-order my drink in the app. The employees family received their drinks before me, although they came after me and it looked like the employees' mom pointed out I was still waiting because the look on my face I guess. I didn't say anything to the young ladies but from the look of it the family members knew it was wrong I was waiting and was there before them. FInally I received my drink I was very disappointed. Haven't been back since.

    I was almost late for work waiting in this line. I had no idea that I would be in line for 47 minutes, and there was literally no way for me to get out. Why not at least give people the opportunity to get out of the line if y'all are going to be slow? When I got to the drive-thru window, the heavyset hispanic manager had an attitude when I complained about the quality of my drink. After waiting for nearly an hour, it is understandable that I would want my drink to be of quality. Maybe that was too much to ask for. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to get to the other location. I guess I will have to start checking reviews before going anywhere. I see why they have a three star rating.

    I honestly don’t understand all the bad reviews about the wait times! Every time I visit Dutch Bros in Locust Grove, my wait is minimal, even when they’re busy. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and keeps the line moving. And the drinks? WAY better than Starbucks! 😂 Everything I’ve tried has been flavorful, consistent, and worth the stop. Dutch Bros has definitely become one of my go-to coffee spots. Keep up the great work! ☕️🙌🏽

    I typically lean towards 7 Brew, but today I was in the area and decided to give Dutch Bro’s another chance. I’ve been twice before, and each time the coffee I ordered didn't meet my expectations (mainly because I’m unsure of what to get and am typically recommended the best sellers). Today, I told the gentleman that I had no clue what I wanted and listed off the things I like in a coffee. (Iced, vanilla, mocha, chocolate, sweet but I still want to taste coffee, etc.) He recommended an iced white chocolate with hazelnut and vanilla. It was a really great drink and made my day. I definitely will put Dutch Bro’s on my coffee shop rotation based on today’s great drink and quality customer service.
