Those girls there are always so sweet regardless of the time. I have been at 5am and they are just as happy as they are at 4pm. I love the service and the protein hot coffees!

If you have the patience and time to wait an eternity--go for it (If you don't, grab a smoothie across the way). Otherwise plan to get trapped in a line. I hoped that over time they would get quicker...but no. The generic copy-paste response to google reviews shows how much feedback matters.

I ordered my drink on the app, went to the windows. Let the young lady know, was told my drink wouldbe right out. While I was there an employee's family came to the window and ordered. I stood there 15 minutes and I pre-order my drink in the app. The employees family received their drinks before me, although they came after me and it looked like the employees' mom pointed out I was still waiting because the look on my face I guess. I didn't say anything to the young ladies but from the look of it the family members knew it was wrong I was waiting and was there before them. FInally I received my drink I was very disappointed. Haven't been back since.
