I ordered a large frozen hot chocolate and a small frozen hot chocolate because we aren’t coffee lovers but we love the frozen hot chocolates but we ended up getting the wrong drink and got a frozen triple mocha coffee and we absolutely hate it we through our drinks away and we will not be back to that location the male that was working was laughing while handing us our drinks and made us repeat what we wanted about 6-8 times. They didn’t even try giving us a refund or making the proper drinks.

I’ve tried to be patient with this location, but the way customers are treated here is unacceptable.
I regularly order a simple iced dunkin latte with 3 cream and 3 sugar—nothing complicated, nothing unreasonable. Instead of just making the drink, I’ve been met with repeated attitude, comments, and outright rudeness from staff. I was actually told that my drink is “nasty” and that the manager doesn’t like them making it that way, and that employees could “get in trouble” for doing it.
That is completely inappropriate.
Customers should never be judged, criticized, or made uncomfortable over a basic drink order—especially one that’s clearly within normal customization options. If there’s truly a policy issue, it should be handled internally, not taken out on customers in a disrespectful way.
What’s frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time interaction—it’s a pattern. It creates an environment where I feel unwelcome for simply ordering something I enjoy.
I’m not asking for anything special. I just want my drink made correctly without being insulted or made to feel like I’m doing something wrong.
Management seriously needs to address the professionalism of their staff and clarify their policies, because this experience is not okay—and it’s enough to make customers stop coming back

Stop by here yesterday to pick up a DoorDash. They were friendly and welcoming. And had it already waiting. For me. Hot and and ready to go.
