  Unfortunately they were only taking mobile orders, which is ridiculous considering they are a brand new store. And I couldn't get a pup cup because it's not on the app and I never carry cash. Did try the pink candy refresher lemonade which was good.

  This place has definitely changed since when it opened many years ago. The workers all have limited English ability. It's hard to communicate with them. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they put a small dollop on one side and nothing on the other. I returned it for at least the minimum amount of cream cheese to be added and the worker gave me an attitude. The manager didn't bother apologizing or trying to make my experience better. Sadly, I won't be going back to that location.

  I come to this Dunkin A LOT at least 2-3 times a week, and I never complained before but…. I bought a bagel this morning with cream cheese and they gave me this. I asked if I could have more cream cheese and the manager acted like she was offended and annoyed and made me pay for extra when there was barely any thing on there in the first place. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like if I look at my bagel I’m suppose to see the cream cheese not the bread. At least she gave me a new bagel but they loaded the cream cheese on there..I didn’t necessarily need “extra” I just wanted a normal amount. I don’t know what happened to the morning staff that first worked here but this new manager or who ever that older lady is ain’t it. I’m not coming back here but I thought I’d make this post for the people so future customers are treated better and hopefully they get what they paid for and not this.

  The only complaint I have is they are really slow but it is a new facility so I'm not mad. Just hope they pick up their speed
