So I didn’t need anything to go wrong. After sitting down, I was served a sweet tea with no ice. Hot tea, no thank you! When the girl brought my food to the table I asked her for a cup of ice so I didn’t have to leave the kids. She said “yes of course” but never came back with ice. I got my food and I ordered a grilled sandwich meal with no lettuce and extra pickles. My sandwich had no pickles and no tomato. I had to go to the counter and wait for a while before someone offered to help. This place just can’t seem to get it together.

First day, they messed my order up (gave me a CEC biscuit when I ordered and paid for an CEC muffin) and the hash browns tasted like they were dipped in water. I got a reward through the app as an apology. I give it another chance the next day and the line was very long but I was patient. I checked in and they told me to check in with a team member. The team member says I am fine. However, I get to the window and they say they can’t make my breakfast order anymore because of the time after the team member already told me my order was fine. So they wasted my time 2 days in a row. I used to love this location but they need to do better with breakfast.
