  I'm a Georgia girl who was raised on Chick-fil-A. I think this location does a great job serving customers efficiently and accurately. They seem to have a great team. I always use the app to order and the wait is usually only 3-6 minutes. The only complaint I have is that the curbside parking location is very dangerous. It's a highly congested area due to the traffic light on N. Jackson turning into Chick-fil-A. Traffic lines up directly behind the cars parked for curbside service (making it hard to back out) and behind that is a huge parking lot where people are continuously pulling forward out of a space to get in line for the light. There has been a couple close calls when I've been trying to back out to leave bc you cannot fully see oncoming traffic. I've witnessed the same issue with other customers while waiting on my food. I did message the store and make them aware of this but I never heard back from them. Be very careful using curbside delivery for this location!

  31 minutes at 11:17am, drink with junk floating in it. All the way back around to fix. Leave again but no plastic wear. Despite all those people and communication gear not 1 person ever explained to the kitchen what was wrong. Yiy could have at any moment just given me a fork or walked to my car but nope. I have to explain my need for a fork to three people and then have a manager ask when I just gave my food back if that was my complete order when its printed on the receipts on the side . That was ad poor an execution as ive seen. No food no credit getting scrutinized like im stealing. Nice work

  Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful as a cashier. She helped us with our order very efficiently. She repeated our order and made sure it was correct. The restaurant was nice and clean

  I did a mobile order this morning, and although it was a completed and not necessary to speak to someone in the lane Eli, looked at the tablet and still spoke to me by saying “you have a good morning Ms Lisa”. That made my day and was so much appreciated. Keep it up Eli!!!

  Skylar was a wonderful and positive cashier who made my wife and I feel at home. She suggested I add corn and beans to my spicy cool wrap order, which I was unaware could be done. It was delicious and a great recommendation. When we come here next, I hope Skylar is the associate who takes care of us. Her cheery personality is a ray of sunshine
