  Tropical Smoothie Cafe is one of my favorite smoothie places! I particular enjoy their "Happy hour" which offers $5 smoothies during a certain time on week days. They have vegan protein options and the option to choose less sugar. The only entre I have consumed is the vegetarian wrap which is well prepared and quite tasty. My children have enjoyed the quesadias and are repeat customers and the quesadias also include a side of chips. The customer service is usually good, and I appreciate their reward system that is facilitated through the app. It rewards returning customers on a point system. There is ample parking and a drive through for convenience. You can also pre-order and pick up. The inside dining is setup is arranged nicely. The music is a little loud and the Playlist is okay.

  They have a pick up area for decoration only! I placed a mobile order, go into the store and notice the pickup area is empty so I proceed to the counter and give the young lady my name for my order. Come to find out my order is ready so I asked her do you all not use the pickup area she says no. If you’re not going to use the area take the sign down. The point of mobile order is to walk in and grab the order without having to wait in line!

  I had a great experience during my recent visit. 😄I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Club and a Sunrise Sunset smoothie, and both were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. What stood out most was the customer service. Although the team was clearly busy, a staff member took the time to come from the back to assist me with my order and personally brought my food out. The gesture, along with the warm “have a good day,” made a meaningful difference. It’s always appreciated when a team maintains both efficiency and kindness during a rush. Thank you for providing not just great food, but a genuinely positive experience.

  I recently had a frustrating experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I placed an order and sent my 10-year-old granddaughter inside to pick it up while I waited right outside the door. When she went in, she was told the order would be ready in 2–3 minutes. After waiting about 20 minutes with no update, I went inside myself. At that point, I saw the order had already been sitting on the counter. Then I was told the order still needed a drink, which they began making. Immediately after, the employee changed the explanation and said it was an Uber Eats order and that an adult is supposed to come inside to pick it up. That was confusing because: My granddaughter has picked up orders from this same location multiple times over several months without any issue. If that were truly the policy, it should have been communicated upfront when she first came in, not after a long delay. This felt less like a policy issue and more like the order was overlooked during a busy time, and instead of acknowledging the delay, the explanation kept changing. Mind you there was a little boy around the same age as my granddaughter who they served with no adult present right before my granddaughter. I understand places get busy, but clear communication and accountability go a long way. This experience could have been handled much better.

  GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE. I really enjoy going to this location. The staff is always so kind. I have literally always gotten fresh hot food and they’ve never messed up my smoothie. seriously after a long day that kind of customer service really sits with you. Definitely will only be going to this location from now on.
