    Service was introduced with attitudes. And the employees particular the 2 working the front cash register. Thursday at 2pm. Outside of the the experience was great. Just need to remove them from interacting with customers

    Ok I had to update my review from the previous year, and take back my 5 star rating. I have not been satisfied with my visits the last few times I’ve went. Customer service is not up to par.. the wait times have been excessive, with people walking around with no care or concern. They don’t listen to the customer about order concerns, but rather give you excuses … until it gets better I will not be changing my review .. and I may go to another location instead

    I had a very disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie. I specifically advised the staff that I am allergic to orange juice and needed to ensure my smoothie was made without it. Despite making my allergy clear, the drink was still prepared with orange juice. What was even more concerning was the response when I called the store. Instead of showing concern for a customer’s health and safety, the manager became argumentative and raised her voice, insisting the drink had been remade. However, the same stickers were still on the cup, which gave me little confidence that proper precautions had been taken. Food allergies are not a matter of preference—they can be a serious health risk. Businesses serving food and beverages should take customer allergies seriously and train staff accordingly. The lack of concern, accountability, and professionalism I experienced is exactly why customers lose trust and choose to spend their money elsewhere.I had a very disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie.     I don't understand why it's so difficult to follow order notes. I asked for NO ONIONS and the 'dilla was loaded with onions. I asked for strawberries to be added to my peanut paradise and I received it without strawberries. 20 bucks down the drain. I will never order from here again! Smh...
