Had a horrible experience at this place. While the food itself was admittedly pretty good, the service was so bad I will not come back.
1st- when we arrived at the drive thru and got to the speaker where you order, the person taking orders told us to wait a minute and then disappeared. after 10-15 minutes of waiting and us calling “hello?” Over and over with no answer, and other cars behind us getting frustrated and driving away, eventually we moved forward to the pay window to Hopefully order there. It took another 20 minutes for two cars ahead of us to move along so we could finally have a turn. Then the guy at the order window was confused as to why we hadn’t ordered yet and seemed annoyed that he still had to take our order.
2nd- we ordered kiddy meals for my kids. The menu says the meal comes with a toy and my kids were excited to get their toys. But the rude manager just told us “sorry we have no toys” and when I asked if there was some kind of consolation or something for the kids she just got annoyed. I mean we paid for a meal with toys and didn’t get the toys. So give me something else in its place. Maybe an ice cream or an extra juice box or extra fries or something. It’s not MY fault you had no toys. But I must still pay full price? And you’re gonna be rude to me about it when I ask?
3- I asked for ketchup with my meal and they gave none. Four meals ordered and not one packet of ketchup despite me asking for it.
4- I order a triple smash burger but when I got home I saw it was a double smash burger. Yet I paid for a triple Smash. So they screwed up my order as well.
By the time we were done getting the food, both kids were crying and we were all annoyed. Totally ruined our outing as a family.
So while the food tasted good in the end, it wasn’t worth the ordeal and the frustration. 30or more minutes in a drive thru is excessive. With rude staff and botched orders.
Wouldn’t recommend.

This location is very disrespectful and rude. We tried to place an order on a Sunday afternoon and ended up leaving before paying. First she got an attitude when we asked how she entered part of the order because we could see it was wrong on the screen. When we finished the order we asked her to read it back because we could not see the entire order on the screen. Her response was “you can’t see it on screen?” It went downhill from there and we left. While this is happening another man is waiting outside the employee entrance door and stated he also received horrible customer service after waiting for 30 min for his food. Do not go to this location unless you like dealing with rude miserable people.

Food is decent. Hours are helpful. But this location is very slow and has many issues with food prep. Majority of the time something is wrong with the order.

I am extremely disappointed at the customer service at this establishment. My wife and I are hard working ppl who was just looking for a quick bite to eat. We ordered 2 double cheeseburger combos (4). They ended up giving us 2 number 5’s (double cheeseburgers with bacon. My wife and I are Allergic to bacon. So we decided to return to the Establishment minutes later due to the baking being on our sandwiches. Instead of asking for a refund, we asked for the order just to be simply made over. The receipt was brought back and all. They stated that they are only gonna refund us one sandwich due to Them not seeing the other sandwich. So they at least made one sandwich, but it was sitting on the counter so long it became cold so we asked for a full refund. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The store manager was also very rude from the Start.

Took my daughter for a quick picnic. Got the crispy chicken, tenders combo, and a small shake. Plus two waters. The food took a little longer than expected but everything came out hot and fresh. The tots were fresh out the fryer and on point. The server, forgot his name, was friendly to my daughter and got us anything we requested. Top tier. They need some music playing or something to drown out the cars on the hwy. The outdoor tables were cracked and a little dirty but this sonic has been here a while and my daughter didn't care. I'm telling you these fries and tots are 🔥. The Cherry on top is this place has a 100 health rating! That's pretty good!
