  Incredibly poor customer service..Needed to pick up a pizza quickly while in the area and figured I would stop in. It's Papa John's so I know the taste...or atleast I think I do. Well, the lady who took my order greeted me like I was a nuisance and she didn't want me to be there. I asked if there were any specials being offered and I got a curt "no" with nothing else. Her responses were short, unfriendly, and lacked any sort of enthusiasm. She rang up my order, took my money and proceeded to make the pizza with no more than a few words. Well, I won't be coming back ever again. You would do well to find a location that understands and demonstrates great customer service.

  I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. THEY CUT MY PIZZA SO MESSED UP AND WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN A SO CALLED MANAGER NAMED RAVEN STATED I COULD COME GET ANOTHER PIZZA. I ASKED HER HOW TO REDEEM SINCE I ORDERED ONLINE SHE STATED IT WOULD BE UNDER MY NAME, A FEW DAYS LATER I SENT MY HUSBAND TO THE STORE TO REDEEM AND HE SAID THEY GAVE HIM A HARD TIME AND DID NOT GIVE HIM THE PIZZA. I TRIED TO CALL AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES SO I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK , WHOEVER WAS THERE TODAY 5/1/2026 AT 2:50 KEPT ANSWERING AND NOT SAYING ANYTHING JUST AUTOMATICALLY PLACING ME ON HOLD. MY HUSBAND ALSO CAME HOME AND STATED THEY SAID THEY DONT EVEN KNOW ANYONE NAMED RAVEN LOL THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND AT THIS POINT I DONT EVEN WANT THE PIZZA BACK I JUST WANT A FULL REFUND ! MY ORDERED WAS PLACED APRIL 29, 2026 AT 6:38 SO WHOEVER WAS THERE AT THAT TIME LYING ABOUT THE REFUND AND THEIR NAME NEEDS TO BE FIRED !

  This place needs a makeover and more parking space, too many homeless people hanging around and its uncomfortable 😐
