  It seems like your team has a problem with verifying single and duplicate orders when there's an old order and a new order they give the same response that the New order was the old order and this is a poor customer service experience all the way around because the customer loses in the end they don't get their their meal at all and it's sad because before this location closed tonight I went and then I had to wait wait try to call them through the phone they they don't answer their phone at all so you can't talk to them before you get there when I got there I waited and then a gentleman said oh I'll have someone else look at it and then it took longer for someone to come up to the window this is not a good experience this is a bad experience and this needs to be corrected

  Our pizza arrives cold, over cooked with hardly any toppings. We called the store and was left on hold by Nate for almost and hour. We allowed the call to remain on hold to send our experience to corporate and the GM Betty Canty. I spoke to the supervisor Brittany who was apologetic and did her best to make it right by replacing the pizza. According to Brittany, she sent the pizza out but doordash stole it. I visited the location and observed employees with no hair nets, or gloves. They were tossing the dough with their bare hands.

  Horrible. Each time I order, I’m hesitant because of the previous order. Something has changed from okay product to ok, who’s cooking this food. I’m good. I’ll delete the app and cease ordering. Yuck!
