  Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks last night to be delivered. 1 pizza arrived barely cut through. The other wasn’t cut AT ALL. And the bread sticks had to have been sitting at the restaurant for a while; they were NOT fresh. I’ve learned my lesson of ordering fast food in that general area(Lithonia, Stone Mt., Stonecrest, Decatur). Too much ignorance for me. If you take a job, DO THE JOB!!

  Pizza is always BURNT. Asian manger has a VERY bad attitude.

  It seems like your team has a problem with verifying single and duplicate orders when there's an old order and a new order they give the same response that the New order was the old order and this is a poor customer service experience all the way around because the customer loses in the end they don't get their their meal at all and it's sad because before this location closed tonight I went and then I had to wait wait try to call them through the phone they they don't answer their phone at all so you can't talk to them before you get there when I got there I waited and then a gentleman said oh I'll have someone else look at it and then it took longer for someone to come up to the window this is not a good experience this is a bad experience and this needs to be corrected
