I ordered at the drive through. The person taking the order was so kind and polite and mannerable. I pull to the window to pay for the order again kind, polite, professional, I pull to the next window to get the order again kind, polite, and professional. However, I am told I will have to wait for my order because they are waiting on sausage. I say ma'am my order is without sausage. She says there is still a hold. Ok I pull up. I am now upset because no one before her told me. But I wait we see 5 then 8 mins. I pull around and go in the cooks are loud, laughing, talking, playing but I get my order I go to the car. Get in and the order is wrong. I waited for an order that was wrong. It had pork on it and the sausage touched everything. I don't eat pork. I went back into the restaurant and kindly very kindly asked for a refund. The cooks are still loud and playing and joking. I am frustrated because this had put me behind schedule I say to myself they laughing and playing and orders are messed up. Arielle the cashier at the window who is employee of the month goes and tells them what I mumbled. They did ask if I wanted a remake right before she told them what I said. The cooks get loud saying "well we laughing and talking because we didn't know your order is messed up." I responded I said twice I didn't want any sausage if we weren't playing. They continue to mock, and say unprofessional things. And I said aloud "see this is not how you run a business you still saying things and I can hear you." The manager on duty was attempting to maintain order but those cooks are a bit much for him. He had to go back there to tell them to be quiet. They could not make the connect that you had me waiting for an incorrect order that I could not and would not eat and that your lack of focus was the cause. And to come in and see you and hear you playing did not help.
I went inside to get a large unsweet iced tea. It took 15 minutes. Nobody was in the lobby, but me and two other people grabbed their DoorDash and left out. When I got the tea, the tea had all kinds of foam on top of it that signifies that they did not clean out the tea urn so it still has soap in it. There was no ice in it. I had to ask for a cup of ice, she gave me a small cup with half a cup of ice in it. She was popping her gum as if she was in the 80s standing outside chilling on the corner with her friends and she was in her 40s. I asked for a receipt. She said there’s no paper inside of the printer. I asked her for a refund on my tea. She gave me one and then when I asked for a receipt for the refund, she said there’s no receipt paper in the printer mind you this is your manager, your store manager.
It’s time for a new manager again!!!!!!!!!
And not the girl that is the employee of the month right now oh wow, where do I start? She is so rude every time I come in there when she talks to you if you talk with proper English and you smile when she sees your face, she gives you the stinkers look she doesn’t smile she shuts that window turns her head around from you as if she’s Miles Davis. And if the food is cold, and you ask for a remake, she gets even more matter she wants to fuss and argue at the window, telling you the food is not cold after you spend your money. This place needs a brand new overhaul, The only time I’ve seen everyone in their restaurant nice because and smiling because no one smiles at that restaurant. The only time I’ve seen them smile was when corporate was in there when that gentleman was there about six or three months ago. Everybody was happy and smiling and saying have a good day. The only person in that store that really deserves a promotion and not to be fired is the only person that I see working with a smile on their face that is the guy that used to clean the parking lot, Now he’s inside he takes orders and he’s a food runner for them no matter how hot it is or how cold it is he does it all with a smile, and I think he catches the bus and walks to work as well….. Now that’s a person that deserves to climb up the ladder.
I come here often. Some days the customer service is hit or miss. Like today I order a large sweet tea and I pay cash for it which was $2.58. we got to the next window to get my order, The young lady tried to give me three drinks and I kindly told her no that's not my order I only ordered a large sweet tea. She proceeds to tell me Well they run you up for three drinks. I tell her no they raw me up for a large sweet tea which was $2.58 I paid cash. Then here comes the manager asking for my receipt. I'm not understanding because you're trying to give me an order that for one is not mine for two those three drinks are more than my one drink. I had to show them my receipt just to get a large sweet tea versus getting three drinks that they were trying to give me that was kind of crazy to me. I could have not being honest and took those three drinks! Also the day before I came to get an ice cream cone and it seems like the cones are getting smaller and smaller.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I ENCOURAGE THE COMMUNITY TO BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL NOT CHANGE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL THEY START LOSING BIG MONEY. This is one of the WORST McDonald’s in Lithonia– especially when it comes to serving hot food. Every time I’ve patronized this restaurant, I’ve always made one simple request, “Please sir/ma’am, can you make sure that my fries are served HOT,” not lukewarm; not damn near cold; but HOT. Every time I’ve made that simple request, they look at me as if I’m an alien or something. That’s why I’ve decided to start patronizing the McDonald’s near Stonecrest Mall, because they understand the importance of quality food service... so far. My question is: if you’re keeping your fries hot under a heat lamp, why are the fries still being served damn near COLD??? Sounds like a MANAGEMENT and OWNERSHIP problem to me. MCDONALD’S SHOULD REVOKE THEIR FRANCHISE LICENSE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TOO LONG.

This evening I stopped at this McDonald's and the young lady at the window was very rude to my aunt she asked her to switch out her sweet tea Because it looked like sugar water. The young lady asked my aunt, did she taste it with a attitude My aunt was trying to tell her that sweet tea didnt suppose to look that way it was very light. She started murmuring at the mouth and we asked for a manager, she refused to get a manager. She stood and looked at us out the window, and then opened the window and said to come in as we left the window to come in, she said a smart comment like I thought so. So when I went inside to ask to speak to the manager, the young man who suppose too be the manager/shift lead he was rude also. I asked him, what was the young lady named? He told me he couldn't give me her name because she was a minor as if he was trying to take up for her being rude i ask him what his name was. He said, Mikey i started talking to him He started to get smart with me. He didn't even stand in one spot to actually talk to me. He kept walking back-and-forth as if he didn't want to listen to nothing, I had to say about the young, rude gir he was very unprofessional to be called a supervisor will NEVER Come back to this mcdonald the people need more customer service training.
