  I created a mobile order 30 min prior to closing. The line was long but I did arrive before closing and still was denied to receive order while the vehicle before was able to pay at the service lane. When, I asked why I wasn’t able to get my order, the store manager reported that the computer would work/allow her to process order after closing. I was forced to cancel order as a result.

  The employees are always rude and act like you’re bothering them when placing an order. They pull every vehicle up with no explanation. I do not come to this location often but when I do I get pulled up for a double cheeseburger meal. The fries always taste and look like they’ve been dropped back in the grease a few times.

  Bathroom was locked with keypad. Once I got in the bathroom soap dispenser was broken just a jug of watered down soap on the filthy counter. Homeless people inside that wouldnt stop trying to talk to me and other customers. Tea tasted like it had soap in it. Drink fountain in lobby didn't work at all. Asked employee for a refill and he rudely cut me off in the middle of talking and told me to take my lid off. Returned my drink with no straw or ice in it.

  I visited this McDonald's and was blown away by the efficiency. Ms. Cathy’s leadership was clearly the difference. She created urgency, focus, and a team that executed at a high level. In a time when “fast food” isn’t fast, this team delivered—no long waits, no confusion, just smooth, fast service. I watched over 20 cars move seamlessly through the drive-thru from payment to pickup. When I went inside to share my experience—the dining area was spotless. This is how it should be done. Kudos to Ms. Cathy and the team!
