  Just went through to get my monkey business cloud latte replaced because they forgot to put the banana cold foam on it. The man that was working behind the counter with a young girl started going saying that he cannot replace it because the order was placed at 10 o’clock and I am just now coming back to get it replaced at 1 o’clock in the morning, but that is only because I got it delivered and I’m just getting off of work to pick it up. He then got physical with her and began to pull on her when she offered to call the manager to get it replaced, he is very volatile and violent. It was very rude. That should not be happening at a public place.

  Ordered Green Tea and 3 "Stale" Donuts 🍩. Spent $9 Dollars 💸 on B.S. Next time I'll go across the Street to "Publix" to get Fresh Donuts. Waited 15 Minutes "Next Door" to Receive 100 Business Cards. I'll Never ever Purchase anything from This Store again.

  I really wanted to give this Dunkin' location the benefit of the doubt. After a couple of visits, I kept telling myself maybe it was just bad timing or a rush I couldn’t see. Unfortunately, it turns out the experience is consistently disappointing. The drive-through moves at a painfully slow pace, and what stands out most isn’t just the wait — it’s the complete lack of urgency. There’s no sense that customers’ time is valued, no acknowledgment that people are choosing to spend their money here. It leaves you sitting there wondering if anyone inside actually notices the growing line. What makes it frustrating is that Dunkin’ is usually known for quick, reliable service. That’s what you expect when you pull up. Instead, each visit feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff just by being there. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but I also believe in being honest so others know what to expect. If you’re looking for a smooth, efficient stop to grab your coffee or breakfast, you may want to consider other options where the service feels a bit more attentive and appreciative.
