There needs to be better management and better oversight here because there is no reason it is as slow as it is. The drive-thru was completely wrapped around the building, and I waited over 15 minutes to get through...even with a mobile order placed ahead of time. Looking inside through the windows, the indoor dining area was packed and chaotic, so it’s clearly an extremely high-traffic restaurant. Huge credit to the young lady outside taking orders. She was poised, extremely accommodating, and handling the pressure with grace. However, leaving only one person to work a line that size with zero backup outside is a serious issue. Given how busy this restaurant gets, it seems to have outgrown its current layout. A complete redesign would do wonders for traffic flow and efficiency. Until they address the staffing and layout bottlenecks, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Last weekend, I ordered the new chicken and waffles meal and asked the employee about the sauce that came with it. She told me it was the syrup, so I asked if I could have one. She seemed irritated that I even asked and responded, “I already put one in the bag.” Because of her attitude, I didn’t bother checking and simply asked if I could have another one, which she gave me. This weekend, I stopped by again with my daughter. They were out of several things, which I completely understand because that happens. However, we specifically asked for honey mustard and Polynesian sauce. Instead, we received a bunch of Polynesian sauces, only one honey mustard, and a honey barbecue that we didn’t ask for. I also ordered an ice cream cone, which was completely forgotten. Being out of items is understandable. What’s disappointing is the poor customer service, the irritated attitude when asking for something, and repeatedly not getting what was ordered. Chick-fil-A is usually known for excellent customer service, so these weekend night experiences have been very disappointing and definitely not the standard I normally expect from Chick-fil-A.
