  05/16/26. 3:20pm Man in a burgundy Dodge Durango rental with Florida tag paid the cashier to mishandle my order. I overheard the cashier and cook talking while I was waiting for my food after I paid for my order. ITS SAD people can be this disgusting

  The manager Lara is very rude and nasty 🤮 the food was prepared with no gloves and refused to give refund or remake

  Ordered through the app because they had a bogo discount. Im allergic to mayo and no where on the page mentioned taking off mayo on my item and when i received it they wouldn’t remake nor refund it. They instead directed me to corporate claiming they did not have a number available to provide me and to google it. The corporate guy gave me a case number, i asked if he genuinely believes i can receive a response regarding a refund within the 3-4 business days he was probably instructed to say to which he responded no and hung up before i could thank him for his honesty.

  Sad. I was trying to place my order through online and I've told the manager who was at Checkers right now at the restaurant that they were having a problem with the online ordering first he tried to tell me yo you should be able to order and all this stuff and it wasn't working it was scheduling ordering for 1 hour out one and a half hours later basically so today I pull up and I'm having a problem and I'm doing app ordering online and the manager same person rude comes out like three times to check on me that I'm in the parking lot so I'm giving him business basically he must think I just hang out at Checkers which I don't I better things to do with my time and I was ordering more food and the third time he came out and then gave me a look I decided to remove that food from my order and just get the one thing I went there for only so it cost him what maybe $6 more that you would have got an order from me it's almost like people need to learn customer service it's not just running something and it doesn't even have a dining room it's a drive-through service but anyway it took me a while for the app to work if I only worked and then I proceeded to go pick up the food people are all new management supposedly and they already need to learn about good customer service I didn't say great customer service that's a good meaning average maybe he thinks he's up to par but doesn't seem to me like he is

  I tried Checker's for lunch today at the Panola Road location! Count me out! I'm absolutely done with Checkers! My food was terrible for the exception of the fries! I asked for extra mayo and they charged me .10¢ for something most other restaurants don't! The poor little guy that was waiting on me was very fearful acting because I asked if he'd heard me ask for extra mayo! He made a big deal out of it saying that he didn't want to lose his job! Really! Over what! Mayo!This made no sense to me! I told him that he needs to shake his slave mentality, no one would fire him over mayo! His attitude was so dumb! I will not be returning!
