  When people give you poor service for no reason at all and you have paid good money. Your food tends to not taste good at all!! I would NOT order any pizza from this location

  Never got my food. Ordered at 7ish, gave up at 11:30pm. Manager on duty could not care less. Gaslit me on the phone claiming my food wasn’t even close when the tracker told me he had arrived. Refused to contact the driver, literally saw him circle my complex then leave. Won’t order here again, and will ensure nobody else I know orders here or Papa Johns at all. There’s a reason they don’t even have 3 stars. Poor customer service. This location shouldn’t be open - take my advice go to a mom and pop pizza shop where they care about their customers. If we stop going to these careless, shiftless, run down poorly operated chain restaurants, they will eventually close down.

  I ordered from this location and was very disappointed when I ordered two pizzas and a drink for 30 dollars and the man who brought me my food had no change so I gave him my 50 cause he said he would bring me back 20 for my change and he never came back with my money and when I called papa John’s they reassured me that the man bringing me my food would have change for my 50 and after the man never came back with my 20 I called papa John’s and the never answered this chain restaurant is truly a disappointment to be representing papa John’s.
