  Awful long wait in drive through. It was ridiculous and I was blocked in or I would have left. Make sure to use outside lane

  Upon receiving my order at the drive-thru window, I noted that the bag contained only one serving of syrup. I had specifically requested an additional serving, for which I was informed there would be a charge of fifty cents. I find this charge unusual, as I have not been previously charged for extra syrup at this particular establishment. Given the absorbent nature of the pancakes, a single serving of syrup is insufficient. Therefore, the imposition of a fifty-cent charge for an additional serving, especially when it has historically been provided without charge, is perplexing.

  There frappes machine is never working they always say there machine isn’t working or that they don’t have frappes at the moment with is never cuz they will say the same every day is ridiculous

  The manager Charles was so friendly and welcoming! First time in a long time I have seen an employee at the front ready to assist! The food was fresh and hash brown was perfectly crispy, the manager there needs to go to all locations to train other McDonald’s like this because they hit the park for me, because the customer service and quality at McDonald’s has gone down a lot but not this one!
