I wish I had gotten his name, but thanks to the guy who was on shift this evening (5/24/26). I had called the store to ask if my discount would be honored since I had already pushed an order through at the downtown location, who was out of tuna.
Although he wasn’t able to process my discount, he did give me some advice on how I should approach the situation/since I was inconvenienced. Luckily, my husband has an account, so we used the discount through his account. We placed the order online, 20 minutes prior, and arrived for pickup.
We were a bit pressed for time, and I was initially concerned that the order hadn’t been made. At the same time, I hate for my order to sit, which sometimes cause my bread to become soggy. Any who, the gentleman made the order on spot.
I would like to say, this has been the best made tuna sandwich I’ve had from JJ!! It was fresh, the bread was toasted, and he packed the sandwich so neatly. Excellent job, and thank you for your kindness!!
