Online ordering had me sitting at the front door waiting for my food and then it was all wrong, not really one for complaining like this at all, I much rather give praise but the food I did get was disgusting. I was given old hot coffee, and to make matters worse, there were coffee grounds left in the cup. That’s not something a customer should have to deal with after paying for a drink. I understand that mistakes happen, but serving old coffee with grounds in it shows a lack of attention to basic quality and cleanliness. Dunkin needs to do better—check the coffee before serving it, make sure it’s fresh, and make sure cups are free of grounds. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it with the staff, because customers shouldn’t have to accept this kind of service.
