- BPBen PattonSep 25, 20261.0Night crew had very bad service on 9/25/2026 My Host Was Kennadi and the customer service was terrible it was only 8:35 and they close at 11 and there was no queso, my girlfriend and I are both vegetarian and her veggie bowl had a piece of steak in it as well as the attitude given to us and the whole work performance was very lazy!

I found a disgusting hair cooked into my food, which is completely unacceptable and honestly made me lose my appetite. What made the situation even more frustrating was how the complaint was handled. I reached out to customer service expecting the issue to be taken seriously, but I received a very short apology and then the chat was simply closed. There was no meaningful attempt to address the situation, ask for details, or make things right. Finding a hair in food is already disturbing, but the lack of concern afterward made the experience even worse. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when there is a food-quality or cleanliness issue, I expect the company to take it seriously and actually address the customer's concern. Definitely not the experience I expected from Chipotle, and I hope this is taken seriously so it doesn't happen to someone else.
- BLB-Uhmayzing LLC.Sep 13, 20261.0I went to try a new item and upon arrival they unfortunately was out, according to the server "customers order double meat", I'm not sure what that has to do with cooking more when you're running low. At some point you should realize you're serving more portions than normal and should probably cook accordingly so that you won't run out. If it's 3 hours prior to closing and you see that you only have enough of a certain meat to make perhaps 4 bowls that should be a sign to cook more to last close to closing. You're out of chicken, your out of brown rice, your out of vegetables. Chipotle never fails to disappoint me.
