And too often Uber Eats just says “no” on refunding your money. How hard is it to put 4 items in a bag? I didn’t intend to give chic fil a $4 for free, I can use it more them. Like the only thing you have to do is put the right items in the bag. But just because i ordered delivery it’s a gamble on what I receive for my money. It’s just not fair. And I knew looking at the small bag that they forgot something.

I was excited and grateful to receive my reward after a long shift. I came to the Chick-fil-A on Thornton Road where Manager Laura Lee said that they were not participating and would not be honoring nurses for nurses week at this location. It was very disappointing that they chose not to honor the hardworking nurses in this community and that the request for the posted free sandwich for nurses week was met with such contempt.

They all know the menus well and they take care of you. I was around the building and I saw the young lady bring 3 cars their food including me. When the car at the window pulled off, 4 other cars kept rolling to the exit. I was car #4. They don't play around there. Plus it was busy. Keep doing what y'all do. I can head home from the east side or south side but I will wait until I get on this side to eat.

This location is a must double check your items and confirm you are getting what you paid for. Tired of leaving there, getting to my destination, unwrapping the items and realizing they messed up once again. I have to remember to double check at this location, right in front of them 🤦🏽♂️.
