- BDBella Donn1 day ago1.0HONEST REVIEW HERE! 🍗👀 Let’s start by saying I came here because I didn’t have time to really stop and eat. I just wanted to grab something quick, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and was greeted professionally. What I ordered: • Cajun Filet biscuit combo • Hash rounds • Fruit punch — ended up switching this to a bottled water PROS — FOOD 👍🏽 • The biscuit was really soft. • The bottled water was… well, water 😂😂 PROS — CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍🏽 • The lady who took my order through the drive-thru was really nice and professional. CONS — FOOD 👎🏽 • The chicken was REALLY thin. • The hash rounds were extremely soft — like falling apart soft. CONS — CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏽 When I got to the window, there was a young lady in a red Bojangles shirt with a fro ponytail. She looked pretty young. She handed me my food and drink, and I tasted the fruit punch. Immediately, it tasted a little off to me — almost like an old aftertaste coming from the machine. She asked if the fruit was nasty, and I told her it just tasted weird. I explained that the fruit punch didn’t taste right and asked if I could switch it out for water, preferably a bottled water. I didn’t mind paying the difference at all — I just didn’t want the fruit punch because something about the taste seemed off. She then looked at me kind of strangely, called another woman over who was wearing a black shirt and was working around the register, and appeared to say something to her while covering her face. She handed me the bottled water, and I asked if they wanted the fruit punch back or if there was a trash can nearby. The young lady in the red shirt then said, “Girl, don’t worry about it.” And honestly, it was the attitude behind it that rubbed me the wrong way. 🤷🏽♀️ I wasn’t asking for anything free. I simply said the drink tasted weird and asked to switch it out for water. I was more than willing to pay the difference. OVERALL: 😕 Unfortunately, I literally left with a bad taste in my mouth — and it wasn’t just from the fruit punch. 😂 The food was okay, but the customer service at the window definitely could’ve been better. Try at your own risk! 👀 Let me know what places I should rate next! 👀 I get 65,000+ views on my reviews, so y’all already know I’m coming back with the REAL reviews! 😂❤️

Then when I called to speak to a manager, he ( the one with the braids and braces) hung up the phone on me. Do better.
