Have immediately had fraudulent charges on my credit card twice now after using this store. Be mindful of using your credit card at the drive through as they'll just disappear with it to complete payment.

The order was made accurately, and it was a pretty sizable order, but their jalapeños tasted very odd, not like any I've had before. It was kind of gross, but otherwise, great Papa John's.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location that had nothing to do with the food and everything to do with how I was treated by management. Around 6:30 p.m., I placed a delivery order while at my newly built townhome. I had a two-week-old baby at home and was preparing for my son's 7th birthday the next day, so I was looking forward to a simple dinner. By around 7:30 p.m., I still hadn't received my order, so I called the store. I was told the driver couldn't find my address because it wasn't entered correctly. While I understood that mistakes happen, I asked why no one had called me since my phone number was on the order. The employee on the phone said she didn't know. I agreed to come pick up the pizza myself. When I arrived, the young African American employee at the drive-thru was kind and respectful. I asked again why no one had called me and requested that my delivery fee and tip be refunded since I had to drive to the store myself. She told me I would need to speak with a manager. The first manager, a white woman wearing a gray shirt who later identified herself as Stephanie, immediately came across with an attitude. When I asked why no one had called me, she claimed the driver had asked my neighbors if they knew me. That made no sense because I had just moved into a new-build community, so of course my neighbors wouldn't know me yet. Rather than argue in the drive-thru with cars behind me, I simply left and decided to call the store to get her name. Unfortunately, that's when the situation became much worse. An older white female manager answered the phone. Before I could even finish explaining why I was calling, she became argumentative and said, "Nobody has time for you," and told me I needed to "learn your address." I found those comments incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary. I explained that I am an educated professional and that this wasn't about intelligence—it was about the fact that no one attempted to contact me when they couldn't locate the address. Instead of listening, she continued speaking over me and eventually hung up. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable returning to the store alone to request my refund because of how hostile the interaction had become. I contacted the police to accompany me while I retrieved my delivery fee and tip. While I was there, the same young employee yelled that I was "doing too much," even though I had remained calm and respectful throughout the situation. Neither manager corrected the employee or attempted to de-escalate the situation. Ironically, while the officers were present, I watched one of the managers walk over to their patrol car and offer them a free pizza. I've been a longtime customer and normally order from the Tucker location because I also have a home in the Smoke Rise area. I was using my nanny's address because I often order pizza for my children while they're in her care. This experience was completely out of character compared to the service I've received at other locations. The issue was never that an address error occurred. Mistakes happen. The problem was the complete lack of communication, empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service shown by two managers. I sincerely hope ownership or corporate addresses the culture at this store because no customer deserves to be spoken to this way.
