  This McDonald’s location is honestly one of the nicest I’ve seen. It’s very clean, recently renovated, and even has a really nice outdoor seating area, which made the visit more enjoyable. That said, the service inside didn’t match the quality of the space. I ended up waiting quite a while just for fries to be packaged, and during that time I noticed a few other customers having issues with their orders as well. The staff didn’t seem rude, but they did come across as a bit distracted and not very organized. It was also uncomfortable because the AC didn’t seem to be working in the kids’ play area or in the back seating section of the restaurant. It was surprising because the drive-thru seemed to be moving much faster than the front counter. Next time, I’ll probably order through the drive-thru and then come inside if I want to sit down, just to avoid the wait. Overall, great environment, but the in-store service could definitely be more efficient.

  I came for a quick breakfast before work. The line was long, but that was fine. By the time I got to the order screen, they made us wait by taking the order of at least 4 new cars that came after us in the other line. Despite me repeating my order to ensure they got it right, they did not. After notifying them at the pay window, their card reader went down so we had to wait about 5 minutes for it to come back up. When we paid, they gave us our food wrong but I was already late.

  Waited like 30+ minutes at midnight and this is how they treat us. Good lord. 😭 No bacon on my bacon quarter pounder, and undercooked big arch. Whyyyy!!?
