  I came in to the shop to find the temperature freezing 🥶. I was told the temperature was set so the donuts wouldn't melt. I have never heard that before in other shops. I wouldn't recommend if your planning on eating in.

  I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin’. Hwy 29 5335 Lawrenceville Hwy lilburn. I wanted to place my order at the counter, but the employee told me to use the kiosk. I asked if she could please take my order for me, and she said no. I wanted to customize my drink by adding hazelnut and other flavors, but I couldn’t find those options on the kiosk. When I tried asking for help, I felt ignored because the employee had headphones on and didn’t hear me. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I hope customers can receive better assistance in the future, especially when the kiosk doesn’t have all the options available.

  Took forever to make several coffee drinks. I was at the Drive Thru and Noone came to the window so I had to go inside. One guy working while the Boss was hanging out. Place was dead quiet. No excuse.

  Unfortunately this establishment coffee and donuts are nowhere near the same quality as other Dunkin donut establishments. While parked in the parking lot, I saw several customers come back with bags in their hands to ask for an exchange or refund. I also overheard a female worker at the front counter at approximately 10:45am on Saturday June 6, 2026 refer to black customers as monkeys. To the other coworkers defense, he did tell her he didn’t want to hear it. However, this type of behavior should not be tolerated by the establishment and damage has been done. The Lilburn council needs to rethink the licensing given to the owners as their bias and unwarranted racial epithets are a far cry from what the city represents, diversity, equality and a peaceful environment for all.
