Not to completely bash the whole dunkin, But there’s this one lady she’s like asian or hispanic she works in the drive through and she is SO disrespectful. She constantly has an attitude every single time I go and my friends also tell me how they were disrespected by her too. I went to grab coffee today and this miserable lady told me to “hurry up” while ordering before I even started. Will not be returning as long as she’s still employed.

HORRIBLE. Im actually sitting in their parking lot right now doing this review. I placed my order at 11:59a.m at the drive thru. I was given my coffee time I pulled up and was told my food will be out in a minute, but I waited 8 minutes to receive my food. Communication was horrible to the point the male worker asked me what I needed and I’m like my food. He passed me the food and didn’t say a word. The hash browns was ice cold and hard. I also ordered a chicken croissant, the chicken was so tough I couldn’t bite it, I’m thinking it was old chicken. I will never come to this location again. I should take the food back but I’m so mad I think it’s best I just leave this review and never return to this location

Rehana is horrible and something is going on with her spirit.
I came in happy as ever on this Sunday morning to grab a muffin.
Smiling and being polite . Use my Dunkin rewards and she intentionally made me wait for absolutely no reason. Kept making these face expressions and saying she was waiting on the lady in the back but I did not als for it to be heated…. So waiting for her to do what ??? Put a muffin in a bag?
6 minute wait …. She got a male coworker involved and he attempted to defend her but when he realized I wasn’t waiting for it to be heated he seen it the situation for what it was .
Petty. The men smoothed it over by giving me two muffins instead of one .

Cashier customer service is very rude and bad. Even their behavior is nasty. 1st of all they don’t know how to take order even we had to wait a very much long time because they messed up order. I had to say 3 times my order and even before and after pay they keep asking my order.I order medium coffee and they charge me large coffee..I suggest nobody should go this place.

This is my 2nd visit. I wanted to support this very new business. The first time - i just left when the long drive thru line didn't move for quite a while.
Today, i went to walk in and realized the location is split in half. You enter the store using the door on the drive-thru side. So they were waiting on someone as i arrived, so i used the front wall mounted order screen greeting me. Mistake!
I ordered, paid and waited. A person came in after me and was served. I stood there. They asked if i needed anything. I advised my order was entered and paid at the screen. Surprised, she grabbed my ticket and asked the other person to make the hot item and began to make my drink. As the mgr said to them, there were people at the drive thru. So their orders were taken. My drink was ready as the drinks were made for the drive thru cars. I continued to wait for my hot item. The first car at the window never moved from the time i arrived - until i left. The service is VERY slow but the servers are friendly. The place is clean and bright. The loaded hash browns were delish. My first try. Try them!
Service is still slow after being open for months now. More training needed for quicker responses. Turning the screen off when business is slow is a start. It spreads the few workers even thinner. I hope this helps.
