  Service and everyone were so sweet but my drinks don’t come out quite right at this location, there are some employees are very knowledgeable about the menu and some just aren’t quite there which is okay. I’ll definitely go back in a couple months hopefully it’ll be better. Definitely worth trying ! Overall it’s typically good

  I’ve gone a few times to this location. The drinks are good for the most part it’s only been maybe 2 times I didn’t like the drink I regularly get. The service is nice but I will say the music is so loud it’s extremely overwhelming and distracting. I feel sorry for the employees to work so close to the speakers because you can tell they themselves are trying to get over the loud music.

  The first thing I noticed about this place is how loud it is. For some reason whoever runs the joint thinks it necessary to render their customers deaf by blasting music to the maximum. I literally had to yell back and forth with the girl that took my order because we could barely hear each other. The drinks were great but the raucous atmosphere wasn't worth it.

  I usually get the same thing everytime I go at my home 7brew in my town. I was visiting family in Georgia and expected consistent quality but this coffee was awful. I generally get rather sweet coffee but I might as well have gotten a black coffee because thats what it tasted like. More accurately I could have chewed up coffee beans and it would have been sweeter.

  I was so looking forward to this location opening since the next closest one to me is in Snellville and out of the way of where I go most of the time. I've been to several 7 Brews and I hate to say this one just isn't what I had hoped for nor what I would consider a typical representation of the brand. I've gone 3 times to see if maybe the previous visits had been off days, but all 3 times I have not had what I would consider a usual 7 Brew experience. The staff is overwhelmed when their technology doesn't work, which has been an issue two of the times I went. I've yet to receive the friendly 7 Brew chatty experience I'm accustomed to any of the times I've visited. The first time I drove in, there was no one in line, but they still made me circle the building rather than just pull into a lane which I could have done easily. Cool, I get it you want to get everyone used to the entrance/exit because of the problematic corner you are on. The last time I visited the music was so incredibly loud the soft spoken person taking my card was impossible to hear and she couldn't hear me either. The staff engage with each other more than the customer. The drinks have not been consistent any of the times I have visited and the last time it was the worst I had ever had from this brand. I am not sure if I will try again at this location, or just drive a little further to the one in Snellville or go visit Dutch Bros in Tucker.
