I stopped multiple times to this location and a few times. My drinks are good but more than a few times my drinks are just plain… one time. They forgot to put the syrup another time. They forgot to put the salty caramel and today I get a guava slushy and basically it’s just ice With barely some type of flavor. Just bad bad .
Imagine pulling in the parking lot, pulling into a lane that's marked lane with a lane number. Get to the front of the lane, put my car in park.The attendant says he'll be with me In just a moment to take my order. a minute later somebody else walk out to my car i think she's going to take my order.But instead tells me I have to move my car and drive around the building, because i'm not in a lane. The same lane that was clearly marked lane #3, and wasn't blocked off. I'm being told isn't a lane and she refused to take my order unless I drove around the building to get in another lane. Literally makes no sense whatsoever and if lane #3 isn't a lane, maybe y'all should paint over it In the parking lot.

Great variety of drinks and the staff is super friendly. Wouldn't mind if hey turned the music down a little bit. Love that they keep a record of what you order which makes recording drinks super easy. Also you earn free drinks really quickly.
I have been coming to this location pretty much since it opened and recently the quality of my visits have gone down considerably. The female staff are rarely friendly and when waiting for your drink you can hear them complaining about the customers behind you. They have this insane display of cones to keep anyone from entering the drive thru without looping around but no one enforces it so by the time you’ve looped around three cars have driven over the cones and gotten in front of you. Each visit it takes a bit longer to get a drink and I watched someone’s head scarf STICK to the rim of someone’s drink and they didn’t wipe it off or anything. As someone who LOVES 7brew i’ll be going back to the location on 78 where all the staff is kind and engaging.
The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. I visited on June 9, 2026, at approximately 4:10 p.m. Several young employees were working at the time, but Grace was the only person taking orders. While I waited patiently behind another vehicle, I observed the other employees standing around talking, laughing, and playing instead of assisting customers.
To whoever owns or manages this location, please provide proper supervision and guidance for these young workers. Better leadership and customer service training would greatly improve the customer experience.
