  Food was cold except for the cheese sticks. My chili cheese coney was room temp at best and my husband's fried were nothing but the last shake of a bag of fries, like the crumbs of the bag. Absolutely ridiculous how Albany restaurant doesn't truly care about its customers or the food they serve.

  If you don't care for customer service, this is definitely where you want to go! Yesterday: at 3:56pm From the drive thru speaker to the window was unprofessional with a side of Management to go with it. I ordered a cherry limeade slush and a strawberry slush drink. When I got to the window Brianna passed me one drink. I waited for my second. She said " I only ordered one." I glanced at my receipt that shows two. She said "you only ordered one". I passed her my receipt and she kept it. Then she comes back with a drink saying "here". I asked "which one is this?" She responded and said "I don't know, Lick it!" She then closes window while saying "OMG!" The manager was NO BETTER. He came to window and said "pull up" and immediately closed the window. I proceeded to try And tell him what happen. He cuts me off and says "you got your food, so Leave!" I then asked for Corporate number and he said "you can look that up, but why are you still here?" I will NEVER PUT ANOTHER DOLLAR IN SONICS AGAIN. I will tell everyone I know about the disgrace Sonic employees are giving customers. I pray another 50k ppl see this.
