  If I could give zero stars, I definitely would have. It was 30 minutes before closing. They had a line of people outside and decided to blatantly ignore all of us. I even pulled around to a stall and press the red button and of course no one came to that either. I pulled back around the drive-through to see two employees standing in the office, acting as if they didn’t see or hear anyone outside and I know for a fact they did because I was laying on my horn at this point! Fire everyone in that store and just close it down like y’all have the rest of the locations in Albany because the employees are a complete joke and the laziest humans.

  THEY TAKE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give yall a one star I DEFINITELY WOULD!!!!!

  Service was good, food hit the spot... and I ate in my car... so the atmosphere was comfy

  I was looking forward to getting a diet cherry limeade because the Sonic in our hometown closed permanently. I was sadly disappointed though when I got my drink and there wasn't a single cherry or lime in it. It just wasn't the same. How much effort would that have taken? Do better or you'll keep losing customers. 😞
